As advertised. We loved it!
We love that every unit has a great ocean view. This unit was not as accommodating as some others. Very minimal beach toys, pretty much only salt in the cupboard and many notices threatening to charge 250 for anything amiss. Complex can get pretty noisy at night, but still would recommend.
This place exceeded our expectations! A great location, well-stocked cabinets, linens, basic toiletries, fans, beach chairs, coolers-- just about anything that you needed was included with the rental. The site manager, Lisa Sue, was amazing- friendly, courteous, and professional. Very helpful and the management team was super responsive. All-in-all, a super destination and location for a family Maui adventure.
Can’t beat the location. The unit has just about everything you may need. A few broken items like chairs and the kitchen sink that I did share with management so they can be repaired. The guest bathroom isn’t great in general. They have a crazy towel policy that if you mark their towels at all with anything you’ll be charged triple the cost of a $35 towel from Amazon—didn’t love that threat…
We have stayed at this property before and so glad we booked here again. The location is stellar, easy walk to 3 of the best beaches on Maui. Condo was extremely well outfitted and we had everything we needed to make our vacation wonderful. Mahalo nui loa!
We had a g great time staying in this condo. The highlight is Kamaole Beach III literally right across the street. Such a fantastic beach with soft sand, perfect for swimming, and some ok snorkeling at either end of the beach by the rocks. Great short walking trail at south end of the beach. Strolled out there a few mornings and saw tons of turtles. Great way to start the day. Sunsets at the beach park (or on the Lanai of the condo, we did both) are fantastic. Honestly with such a great beach out front (And Kamaole II and I within walking distance), we found no reason to explore other beaches. And, the condo is well stocked with beach supplies. Had chairs, umbrella, snorkling fins (we have our own snorkles so can't rememeber if any there), cooler and other beach supplies in a chest in the lanai. The interior was also great and cozy. Kitchen was very well stocked and much better knives and cooking equipment than most other rental condos we've stayed in. Sharp knives. High end coffee maker. Nice electric griddle for pancakes or french toast. Good pots and pans. Beds were comfortable as well. Some folks on here have noted no air conditioning. It was not really an issue. It does get a bit warm as sun is setting and sunlight directly into the unit, but between the breeze and sun shade on the lanai, it was fine. Other than those couple hours, temperature in the unit was always pleasant due to breeze from the ocean. Great condo. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Condo has no a/c, bathroom shower drain clogged and flooded the unit, chairs in living room were broken and couldn't recline, neighbors were a bunch of Karen's accusing my family of throwing beer cans over the balcony which we did NOT do. Pretty sure they're racist against Mexicans.

The Lanai had a beautiful view. They also had beach chairs, towels, and boogie board. We had an issue with our screen door on the Lanai and they sent a technician right away to fix it. Will definitely visit this property again.

Property is great location, perfect for what we wanted in a place. The beach was right across the street. The property manager was not pleasant, accusing my family and myself of smoking on premises because another gentleman was smoking around us at the shuffle board who was not in our party. I did not appreciate him yelling at me in front of my children when we did not smoke on property.

The condo was located well within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and beach. The view of the beach and ocean from the lanai was beautiful. The condo was equipped with everything to make the stay comfortable.

We were very pleased with this property. There were little extras like a binoculars, that made the amenites complete. Our children (Who were in 2 other units at this complex) came up to our lanai for a nightcap and the view. We loved it!

Great location, with great communication. Well appointed, and comfortable!
We spent 12 days here. It was the perfect location, right across the street from Kamaole 3 beach. Every day we either went snorkeling at Kamaole 2, or swimming at Kamaole 3.
The condo had everything we needed for the beach - beach towels, snorkels, fins, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie boards.
The kitchen was super well stocked. They have everything from the basics to a waffle maker!
The property management company was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly when we had a question or concern.
We look forward to returning to this property next time we visit Maui!
This property had all we needed for a great vacation. A lanai with an ocean view greatly improved the holiday.
A very nice condo. Well stocked kitchen. Great towels and bedding. Furniture a little dated with a broken chair. One negative was the owners have lots of locked cupboards so there was no place to store pantry goods.
