This was our second time staying at this condo in Kihei, and it won’t be our last! The views are absolutely stunning, and the location couldn’t be better just a 2 minute walk to the beach and no more than 10 minutes to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything you might need. The hosts are friendly, responsive, and truly make you feel at home. We love this place!
This condo is perfection!!! The location is amazing, the check-in and out process so easy. The kitchen is complete (almost better than my house ahhaha), spacious layout including the balcony. The photo are exactly what you get!! You have everything for the beach and it was very clean. You can see that’s the building will well manage…they was the pool and bbq every morning!! I would go back anytime
The location right across the street from the beach park is unbeatable! The home had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen, beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and boogie boards. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!
The location was excellent for our family vacation. We were with a group of four other families all renting condos at Maui Parkshore and it was great - close to beaches, close of restaurants, simply close to everything we needed. Our condo was the oldest of the bunch and could use some refurbishment - tracks on the closet doors a bit rusty, appliances not as new and shower floors impossible to clean. That said, it was comfortable with the right amount of seating, comfortable beds, nice towels, and way more dishes, utensils and appliances than you will ever need. The porch sunshade is a must have and that made the lanai useable in the afternoon. There are beach chairs (we left an extra so there are 5) and umbrellas (not the good Tommy Bahama ones but serviceable) as well as toys noodles and other fun beach things. The property is spotless and the manager there works constantly.We really enjoyed our stay! Mahalo.
The condo was clean and well stocked with supplies. The on site manager was around and available and very friendly. Great location and close to lots of restaurants and beaches.
If you are looking for great value and great location, this condo is for you! With loads of space, upper end finishings, amazing view, and right across the street from an amazing beach with superb snorkeling! There are a few airconditioning options, but the evening breeze takes care of the heat when you sleep.
It was better than imagined, staff on property do amazing job especially Lisa. Keep place clean and beautiful. Cant wait to come back!
We enjoyed our stay and the property is very clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for our family. Lots of places to walk too and the beach is across the street which is nice.
We haven’t been to Maui for 18 years. We didn’t know where to go. I searched VRBO for months trying to find the right please. This ended up being the right place. We were across the street from a beach park and blocks away from food and shopping. Our view was gorgeous. The condo was lovely.
We loved our stay at this condo. It's location in south Kihei was perfect for all our planned Maui adventures. The water at Kam II & Kam III was perfection (which are both pretty much directly across from this condo). The condo has a "toy box" on the lanai with beach chairs, noodles, boogie boards and more. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. (And the kitchen had everything you could need for cooking meals to help save a few bucks on a few meals.) The in-unit washer and dryer was a huge bonus! Would definitely return to this unit for future trips. Mahalo!
The unit is in an ideal location for beach access and walking distance to restaurants. The interior is true to the photos and I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable, clean and well supplied. We loved having our breakfast on the balcony and also watching the sunset.
We would have liked all info (key code, parking space, pool code, check in info, etc.) sent all on one page.

We really enjoyed our stay here over Christmas. The condo was great,very clean and well kept. The location is great and communication with owners and manager was excellent. We cant wait to come back.
Good value for money condo, with a nice location oposite the beach.
The A/C situation is unfortunately quite poor. One portable A/C unit in each of the bed rooms (although one locked up during our stay) makes for noisy sleeping conditions with very inefficient cooling of the room.
The westward facing living/dining area is a nice place, but has no A/C, and tend to get wery warm during afternoons, even when trying to utilice the available balcony screen and airing through with open doors in both ends of the condo.
