This Papakea first floor oceanfront condo was amazing. Very well supplied, spotless, everything we needed was there! Added feature was separate AC units in the living room and the bedroom. The views of the ocean, Molokai and Lanai were great. We will definitely be back!
Loved your condo, obvious odor from the water issues. never fully understood how to work the tv, but wasn't a huge issue. We would definitely stay here again!
Great location at corner bottom next to beach access, many whales sightings turtles and rare monk seal was our pleasure 8 days going back 2026! Thx Barbara

We have stayed at Papakea for 18 years and two years in this property. As usual our time was perfect.
This condo is on the far end of the resort. It makes it nice because you don't have people setting up chairs in front of you. A pair of stairs to the beach are right in front of the condo as well. Condo has a pull out couch, washer and dryer as well as fans in the bedroom and living room. Dishwasher, ice machine in fridge, coffee machine, blenders, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a boogie board to use. Very nice. I would stay here again. Owner was very responsive and answered all questions immediately.
Nice condo on ground floor with good view. They had everything we could have wanted. The only missing item we would recommend is to provide a broom so we could sweep up. Air conditioners in living and bedrooms. Not sure why but you have to set the air at 74 degrees or higher. And we were worried that this would be too hot, but the room will be cold set at 74. The thermostat must not be very accurate. So no problem there.
The location is perfect! Watch whales from the Lani! Condo is well stocked with everything you need! The owner is wonderful! Would recommend this condo to anyone! Will definitely try to get back here again!!
We've stayed at Papakea multiple times in different units and always had a great time. This outstanding condo's location on the property guarantees significantly more privacy than many of the other units. Being on the ground floor meant easy access to outside without having to deal with elevators or stairs. The owner, Barbara, was always friendly and easy to work with. My wife and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
We had a perfect relaxing vacation in A109 it had all we needed and bed was very comfortable for good sleep! Very quiet end unit and grounds were beautiful.. we even had a small sandy beach right out our door.. owners were so nice and made sure our stay was amazing and it was!❤️🌴🐳

The condo was nicely furnished with updated decor in a Hawaiian theme-none of your aunties hand me down furnishings in this place! The mattress was firm (maybe a bit too firm, but a foam topper would be a nice add on for aging backs), the kitchen was well stocked with necessities for meal prep, but you need to supply your own condiments, etc. The property manager, Barbara, was wonderful to work with--very responsive to a minor issue with the toilet, and she had great follow up. I would stay in this unit again, if available.

My husband and I had a lovely stay! The condo was in a great location and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was nice to be on the first floor and be able to walk out to the ocean in seconds. The condo was clean and had everything we needed in it, even snorkel gear and beach chairs!

Awesome location with amazing views, great privacy, and easy access to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable bed. AC worked great.

This unit is the best location! The grass outside is perfect for the kids to play! It's on the far side of the property so there is tons of privacy. The unit was clean and comfortable. The air condition add to the bedroom was a must! It had everything we needed for the week. Barbara was very communicative and went out of her way to make sure we had the prefect stay. I have stayed at Papakea many many times and will stay with Barbara again!

Our place for the week was very nice - comfortable, pretty, and well equipped with absolutely anything we’d need. It was steps from the water so we could sit and enjoy the whales, waves, and sunsets! Perfect getaway for our anniversary!
Ground floor and ocean front is a magnificent way to spend time on Maui, rain or shine. Access to small beach is steps away. Corner unit has lots of light and ocean view from the living room couch. Well stocked unit with cooking items and towels.

We had a great time.
We absolutely loved our stay at Papakea! It was located in a beautiful community that provided lots of opportunities to relax, swim, play shuffleboard, snorkel, and just relax.
Barbara was a thoughtful communicator, giving us just what we needed to enjoy the area. Her check in directions were perfect.
The condo was just amazing. It was so clean and had everything we needed (including a blender for morning smoothies). The bed and pillows were so comfy!
We experienced no less than 25 whale sightings one morning and another 15 the next. It was so cool! Right from the lawn behind the condo.
Without hesitation, we would go back again!
