Great beachfront property with everything we needed, including a front row seat to the beach and sunset each night. Quiet area and east beach access was a plus!
More or less what we expected - beautiful views, easy access to beach and park, close to Kihei town for food and activity, easy parking. One thing was the cleanliness though - there was used tissue paper on the drawers when we arrived. Also there were no body wash just half bottled shampoo provided and shower drain was easily clogged. It can get pretty warm in summer and the AC is super loud.
This location is exactly what I was searching for. The filtered search gave me the perfect results which was extremely helpful. The owners were so great to work with and very responsive. It’s an easy walk up stairs or elevator. It’s a nice unit on the outside of the building which offered outside, additional windows and lighting. I found nothing broken. You can walk right out from the property to the beach. We enjoyed the patio immensely and appreciated the higher counter stools and table do we could see over the railing. We don’t spend a ton of time at properties so we don’t use the kitchens a ton. This kitchen was well equipped however. Nice closet space and ample hangers. The use of beach towels was welcomed. Thank you so much for a lovely stay and we enjoyed Christy so much.

We loved this place it was a quiet beach and lo ed getting up early every morning and walking to see trutles. The location was beautiful and we so loved the not hustling and bustling like you get in some places. The friendliness of the people where this condo was great.
Did not disappoint. View is wonderful. Well stocked. Quiet. Comfy. Will look to book again next year. Thanks!
We loved the view of the ocean!!! The property was clean and close to many beautiful beaches and restaurants! Would love to come back! Beach chairs, towels, umbrella, coolers were all provided at the property. The air conditioning was such a bonus too
Everything was as advertised, the owner was very helpful and responded immediately with any questions we had.The property is located just off the beach with great beach access and pickle ball and tennis courts. There is a nice grassy area to play and relax in before the ocean. every evening turtles come up on the beach.There are wake boards and snorkel gear available at for guest to use. The AC keeps the place nice and cool. The kitchen is well equipped with kettles, plates, etc. There is a whole drawl full of various spices so you don't have to bring any of that along. This is a great place to stay as a family, we would deffinatly stay here again if we returned to Maui.
We truly enjoyed the location, watching the turtles come ashore at night and the easy walk to the beach!

We loved the location of this unit. Central for all our island adventures, great lanai view, and our kids were often the only ones in the pool in the evening! The beds were comfy, kitchen was fairly well stocked but missing some key items such as a small pot with a corresponding lid (we made die with a glass lid from another dish), scissors, wax paper or tim foil would be a bonus. Also we bought food thinking there were bbq’s due to the photo but found out when we went to make burgers that they had been removed. The patio furniture very uncomfortable and cumbersome (Heavy wood bar height stools). We spent so much time on the beautiful deck in the mornings and evenings we ended up bringing the kitchen chairs out as the others were awful and difficult for my mom and kids to get onto and off of. However overall our stay was fabulous and we would return to the area.
This is such a cute little condo with amazing views! We spent almost every morning sitting on the deck looking out at the water and the sunset views are incredible. Location was perfect. Right in the middle, so didn't take long to get to whale watching, snorkeling, or the road to Hana. Super close to a ton of beaches and yummy food places. Parking was a little tight, but did seem super safe. The condo did have window airs in the bedrooms and main area which was perfect for cooling down after spending the day at the beach. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived late at night, but the instructions and check in was simple and easy to follow. The extra snorkel gear, fins, and boogie boards were a huge hit with my son. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning someday.
Had visited 13yrs ago, we stayed first near Lahaina, then to Kihei. The unit was just right, very comfy for our family. Loved the patio & table, pool was close & great, location was nice. Thank you for all the details you had in place, we hope to visit again soon.
Good location, fantastic views. Well stocked.Few negative things. The ceiling fans in living room and bedrooms need replacing. Also the living room furniture definitely needs some attention.
What a place! Sunsets, whales, turtles, pool, kitchen, etc. The condo was great. We loved it so much. Do not hesitate. Book this place. It will not disappoint.
