The location of unit is great. It is directly on the beach with spectacular views, particularly at sunset. There were some issues with the keys at check in and a leaking a/c unit but the management company quickly resolved the issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and lool forward to returning sometime soon.
Kitchen was fully stocked. We had a beautiful morning & evening ocean view from our lanai.
Great view and good pool for smaller kids.
This unit was exactly as described and kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and grilling on the outside grill. While there was a pool downstairs, we opted for a swim in the ocean - the beach is a 1 min walk.we spend a week exploring the island and loved having a balcony to eat breakfast and dinner (while watching the sunset).
We have stayed her several times and love it every time.
Best place ever to stay in Kihei. This condo has every convenience of home that you could ever want, and is right off the beach. BEST PLACE TO STAY!!!
This is a wonderful condo in a convenient location (2 blocks from lots of shopping and food) with a great ocean view. The ocean here is good for swimming and playing (with low to moderate waves) but not interesting snorkeling. The condo kitchen is the best equiped of any I have ever stayed in and most everything worked as expected (light was out under microwave). There are plenty of beach "toys" (chairs, mats, noodles, etc) left by other guests that can be used. The AA Oceanview managers were great but a very minor hassle to get the key on checkin. I will certainly put this place on the top of my list to see about renting for a future trip.

Third time at Hale Kai O Kihei, first at Jane's condo. We would definately return. The condo and location both cannot be beat!
The location of the condo unit is fabulous. Located steps from the ocean, with wonderful views from the balcony to watch sunsets. The unit is extremely well kept, very clean, and with everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. The grass and pool area is very easy to access and very relaxing. The building is centrally located in Kihei allowing easy access to travel anywhere on the island. Jane is an excellent host and was very responsive to all of our communications with her. We would definitely stay here again !

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. Everything was clean and the view is amazing. We had a blast in the small pool as well as enjoying the beach from the lanai. Condo was well stocked and lots of checks to make sure we had what we needed! Would definitely stay again!
