This was our first time staying at Sugar Beach Resort. This resort was recommended to us by a friend. Probably won't come back to this unit for the following reasons: 1) was unaware and didn't like the bathroom / bedroom situation; no door (curtain), 2) furniture was uncomfortable, 3) despite loving the view of beach / water, the water wasn't clear, 4) this area had too much wind for my liking. As for communication with property manager, I would have liked some prior (and exit) communication on the unit. Though, property manager was active during the stay.
Great beach walk & close to everything.
Loved the location. Nice snd quiet. Loved sitting on the lanai and eating our meals there. Amazing sunsets every night from our lanai. Would definitely stay here again.
The stay was wonderful! Everyone very friendly. Our place has a wonderful supply of kitchen stuff! We will be back!
Great condo right on the beach! Complex was quiet and the staff friendly. Loved being able to swim and snorkel every day right from the beach! Spectacular sunsets every evening from the lanai. Easy free parking right in front of the condo. Pool very nice too. Condo was cozy and well appointed. The condo had been updated but for the washer/dryer. The toilet was part of the bedroom which was a bit goofy but part of the original design.
We enjoyed the beautiful view and the proximity to several beaches. The property and the grounds are clean and well maintained. The condo was extremely well stocked and quiet. We definitely recommend SB331:)
Amy is definitely a superhost and the property is at an amazing location. It felt like being on a private beach, waking up everyday to the sound of waves. Amy is super helpful and understands your needs and tried to help me in every way she could. I would highly recommend this place.
This is our 2nd time at this condo although we have been in different ones at Sugar Beach and we enjoy this one the most. Amy and Larisa are very easy to get in touch with to help with any questions or problems. Well stocked and clean. Lovely beach to walk and close to everything.

The condo is newly remodeled and is beautiful! Perfect for 2 people. We ate breakfast on the lanai every morning and could see whales spouting in the distance. The condo was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The location is great. We actually went and got dinner a couple of nights at the local food trucks which was a short drive away and came back and ate on the lanai. We would definitely stay again!
So amazing to sleep and wake up to the sounds of the ocean. Very nicely outfitted unit .Highly recommend a stay here.
Condo offered all amenities and great lanai directly on the ocean. Kitchen was well equipped although a standard oven would be nice as only option was a microwave with convection. Internet was spotty which made the Tv streaming impossible most of the time. Great shower and king bed. Would stay here again
The condo was clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a great stay. The views from the lanai were amazing. The resort is great, with a nice pool area, beach, restaurant, and massages too. Communication with host was great. The check in closes at 5pm and doesn’t open til 8am which made getting the parking pass a challenge for us. There are 3 steps to get into the condo, which could be difficult for mobility challenged. The bathroom design is open to the bedroom, but there is a shower curtain you can pull for added privacy. The area is central to doing many activities. We had a great stay and would choose this condo again. We will recommend to others.

Wonderful sun set views. Close to harbor for whale watching and snorkeling trips. Close to Kihei. Jacuzzi was nice. Well appointed kitchen.
