Stan & Penny were very welcoming-Even a beautiful floral arrangement for my birthday.The Condo is perfectly situated for great beaches and easy access.Only item that needs attention is the toilet, which is worn out and runs constantly.
The view is spectacular! It’s as if you’re on a boat! Loved watching the green sea turtles from the lanai. The beach is steps away and one evening we were lucky enough to see an endangered sea monk seal rest ashore for the night. Thanks again, Stan, for sharing your beautiful condo with us. It was so nice meeting you and your wife as well!
Room and setting was everything that was promised. We loved being on the lanai every morning reading and watching the ocean waves with Molokai and Lanai in the distance. Late in our stay we saw a lot of turtles in the water right in front of us and enjoyed snorkeling just down the beach from our place.
Great experience! The accommodation was wonderful - everything that one would need for a great Maui vacation was provided.
We had an amazing time. It felt as if the condo was loved and the owners equipped it with furnishings for their personal use, (Rather than low quality stuff they got for their rental.) It was perfect for my husband and I. We were surprised that the owners had a "happy anniversary" flower arrangement waiting for us. Yet another thoughtful touch.
This room and hotel was absolutely perfect. Tucked away and quiet, yet had the most amazing views of the ocean. It felt like we had our own private beach and ocean. The room had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. The kitchen was well-equipped. Stan was very responsive as a host and even provided a generous gift card to a local restaurant. I cannot describe in words how wonderful this place was for us. The pictures are extremely accurate. Sunsets were incredible. Would definitely recommend a stay and would return.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed in Maui and we have visited the island numerous times. Stan was so generous providing a floral arrangement and sign on the door celebrating our 40th anniversary. The unit was immaculate and fully stocked with all the essentials. Staying on the ground floor put us right next to the water, where we saw turtles every morning, stunning sunsets and even a pod of spinner dolphins one day. We would definitely recommend staying here and we plan on coming back as well in the future.
Perfect place for wife and I. So much to do wish we would have stayed more days. Thank you Stan.

Working with Stan during the booking process was fantastic! He was super communicative, helpful, and responsive every step of the way. The place itself was absolutely stunning, boasting breathtaking views. Plus, there are markets and stores just a short, easy walk away, along with a beautiful beach nearby. It was an incredible experience all around!
We absolutely loved our stay at Maui Kai Shores. The view from our room was spectacular. We watched turtles from our lanai. Steps to the beach was a huge bonus.

Stan is awesome and we had the absolute perfect stay here. The view is a spiritual experience to say the least and the unit is perfect. We will be back, no doubt!!

Everything is as advertised. Location is amazing with easy access to beach. Kitchen and bath were stocked. Very clean with all essentials. We watched the whales playing every day from the lanai. Just amazing. We highly recommend for the price and location

Stan's property is outstanding. The view took our breath away—great space to have everything you need.The sunsets were unspeakable. I don't believe we could have this experience in any other state.We have a home in Myrtle Beach on the Ocean, and this space is even more beautiful.
If you enjoy falling asleep to waves crashing against the rocks 20' from your lanai, beach access 50' away, being less than 3 blocks from the food truck court or staying in a low traffic & quiet location, then this place is for you! Walking distance to so many things! Studio condo has more than enough space with the lanai being larger than expected to watch the beautiful sunsets from. Has all the necessities with ample dishes, silverware, etc. Heck, they even had a chip clip when I needed it! Community pool/hot tub area requires room card access (nice feature), VERY clean, and was pretty decent size. Pool area also included access to 3 full size gas grills, cornhole boards, decent book inventory, huge TV (can watch from pool/hot tub) and about 15 lounge chairs for sun bathing. If you end up staying here, say hi to Stanley and Ruth; what we named the two sea turtles that we saw swimming in the ocean EVERY day from the lanai. Seeing whales breach in the distance was a nice little bonus too!
This place is amazing! The view was spectacular and so peaceful. The unit was clean and well stocked. We had a minor maintenance issue and it what promptly taken care of. Would highly recommend!!

The condo was very clean and looked exactly as it appeared in the photos. The view was amazing and location perfect. Many places within walking distance. Stan was very responsive any time we had questions. We have already booked again for next year!
Everything was very accurate about the property and room. It was perfect for my wife and I for part of our Hawaiian Honeymoon. One down side the AC wasn’t powerful and it took a while to cool the room but everything else was great.
My husband and I stayed here while we got married in Maui and it was breathtaking the moment we walked in. The check in was easy, the view is AMAZING. Nothing like sleeping to the waves. Lots of food and things walkable from this spot. Snorkeling right outside our room, saw turtles, sting rays and lots of fish. Best sunsets on the island. We will be back!! Mahalo!

Absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful studio! Our hosts also left the most beautiful keepsake for us that came with a truly sweet handwritten note. We had everything we needed and more, easy to park, gorgeous lanai where we could watch sea turtles every morning. Will definitely come back as soon as we can. Thank you!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! We felt so welcomed with a beautiful sunset our first night we stayed and they continued throughout the week! Very cute and thought the condo came with a well stocked kitchen. Located within short walking distance of Honoapiilani Food Truck Park, which was tasty and made for an easy dinner.
