Beautiful view and easy access to everything
I came to Maui for a family emergency and I was genuinely pleased with the property. I have stayed at Kulakane many times before in other units. My parents live across the street so convenient access to their home is vital! I loved that the pool has been finished finally. ;) The bed is so comfortable and I really appreciate the closet area with extra storage. Woke up to beautiful ocean views every day. There was a fair amount of construction on the sea wall during my stay and at one point the water was turned off. I never contacted MPP but the property manager was extremely responsive to concerns and they were handled immediately. Twice the smoke detectors in other units were needing to be replaced!! The beeping was loud and they stopped it both times. I would love to stay at Kulakane again my family lives west side and it is a very beautiful property.
Lovely place. Perfect for our three night stay. The only downside was our upstairs neighbor was extremely noise. They were there on our days 2 and 3 and sounded like they were moving furniture and had a small pony running around upstairs.

Great view! We didn’t get check in code so had to contact management when we arrived at the property at night. Fun, busy pool for kids. We snorkled right off the beach, and watched turtles swim by all day long. Condo was generally clean. Ceiling fans in bedroom and living room kept us cool enough during our stay in July.
I liked everything about my wife) the territory was very clean and beautiful, especially the ocean! very quick check-in and everything was easy and pleasant!
We loved the room in which we stayed. Right on the beach,
close to everthing you need. Nice place to return after a day of exploring. Would stay again
We love Kulakane watching whales on the lanai and listening to the surf. This unit is furnished beautifully with a very comfortable king bed. Love the open kitchen counter but it sacrificed storage space, only a minor inconvenience. Easy check-in and departure.
No much good to say. Updated 1960. Beach access but no beach. Thought pool was a hot tub. Stove door broke. Owner had closet full of his / her clothes and other items. Office very seldom open. Nothing to do within walking distance and very little within driving distance. The one positive thing the view. Overpriced what not recommend.
