We loved it! Great place for kids and adults. Beaches near by for infants and great cafes. The hotel team was very friendly and helpful.

Room was smaller than appears in pictures. The A/C was not very cold room faces the West so in the afternoons it warmed up to 80 plus each day. Beach access is not direct , plan for a short hike.

The pool was in a great location and very clean. Easy to watch for sea turtles and whales. The room was very comfortable.

Nice view, convenient location and great value overall. The only issue we had was the wind noise. I've talked to other residents and it seems to be an issue with most of the units in the building. A quick tip for managing the wind noise - stick a pair of flipflops between the window screen and the door so it puts the pressure on the frame and seals the gap.

This property couldn’t be cleaner! Despite its age, the property is meticulous in every way! We loved the location and our room (317) was adorable— updated, meticulous, and everything we could have wanted, with a spectacular sunset view thrown in! We will definitely return to the RK if we have time (we’re 77)!
We ended up chosing this location after our original VRBO was cancelled after Hawaii governor extended emergency housing for Lahaina fire. We had never stayed in Napili and were pleasantly suprised with the area. The condo building is dated so our first impression was underwhelming BUT the room was updated. We had ocean views, but know there is no ocean access in front of the condo, it has sandbags out front instead. We had no issue with this as we could drive or walk to beach access. The pool area was also dated but we never had an issue getting chairs and we saw so many turtles and whales from the pool area. The room itself has an air fryer, drip coffee maker, fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It also had a coffee grinder. Closet had 2 Tommy bahama backpack beach chairs and a small cooler. Washer and dryer are small, but work well. Room has AC, but we much preferred letting the crosswinds blow through the room and the you can just listen to the waves. The only issue we had was the hallway construction and structural concrete repair which included the use of a jackhammer. We would definitely stay here again. Btw-at time of this post it is eighteen a day for parking you pay for when you enter the building. There was plenty of available parking, to include covered parking under the condo. Also there are luggage carts inside the main entrance to the right which makes moving in and out super easy.
Great location, easy to access and close to everything we needed. Especially happy about the Beach House Happy Hour and SUP rentals. Pool is great, property is well maintained and our unit was really nicely updated with everything we needed. Oh yeah… and endless whale sightings from the lanaI! Will definitely be back!
