Beautiful property, especially like the landscaping!
Great location, overall property was well maintained, the unit was very good, though several areas were overlooked in cleaning. I feel that the $165 cleaning fee was really high, and there is no need for a $17/day resort fee. Also note that the “tub” is not really suitable for any adult to use as a bathtub, as it is the length of a shower stall only. We did really enjoy our stay and liked the unit overall.
We enjoyed the location of Papakea as it was close to a supermarket, food trucks, an ABC store, and central to locations. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Only complaint is the bedroom mattresses was too soft for our liking. Kids enjoyed the pool. The property has older population but they didn’t seem to mind our energetic kids. We’d stay here again.

We arrived alittle early before check in and because we do have a one year old son we had milk and groceries and I was worried about it going bad. So I called the property manager and he picked up right away and let us in to put our groceries in the fridge even though our room wasn't ready yet. He really worked with us and understood and it totally made us feel comfortable and ready for our vacation. The room was great the view was great and the property was amazing definitely can't go wrong here.

This is a nice very well priced condo at a great property. If you’re expecting the Ritz Carlton at this price think again. This is a nice equipped, great view, comfortable and clean place to stay. The comments about cleanliness were unfounded for us. Unit was nice and clean when we arrived.
It will be very easy to take this ok unit to the next level!
While the mattress is good, the plastic mattress cover is funky - noisy, hot and sweaty; the bed pillows are very old.
The kitchen has very basic supplies.
