Stunning sunsets! The condo was perfect to celebrate our anniversary. Just a short walk to the beach and easy access to shopping and dining! Dave was especially helpful with all the information he provided before our stay. Check in and check out was a breeze! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

1) The hosts are very timely in their responses and very clear when it comes to communication and expectations for their property. Very nice people and absolutely zero complaints. 2) The property is, in my opinion, in a perfect location. You are close to all your needs in the town, and only a short drive to the airport and neighboring towns. The view off the balcony is about as good as it gets. Not to mention a stones throw from a nice beach that is never too busy. 3) The unit itself is very clean and kept up well, this is however a unit where more than 2 people would get a bit awkward for sleeping. As individuals would need to sleep in the living room with little privacy, excellent for couples though. 4) Overall, this is a location I would not hesitate to book again, even over resorts in the area, and urge friends to stay at if they are in the area.
We had a wonderful Maui Vacation at this condo. The location was centralized on the West Coast of Maui so you can get anywhere on the island very easily and is a quick trip to the airport or the resort area of Wailea. The property owners were fantastic. Checking on us prior to check in and helping out with multiple request such as providing a needed air mattress and allowing us a late check out due to a later flight departure. Overall a wonderful time at an extremely accommodating and very nice condo with a beautiful sunset view.
The condo was clean and as advertised! Updated amenities and the owners were very responsive. Great location, especially for kids swimming. We will be back!
We were thrilled with the location, view and condition of the property. Dave was great with any questions and had great recommendations prepared that made our Maui trip better. The location allowed us to explore the island with relative ease. The views were great and the building was quiet. You can't beat waking up to the sound of waves in the morning!
The condo was just as advertised with a great location and beautiful ocean view and access to the beach. There were many personal touches - access to beach chairs, coolers, basics in the kitchen , etc. Jared clearly communicated throughout the process. He adjusted our check in and out times based upon our flights without a request from us!
Beautiful views! The place was very clean and quiet. Has a great beach to walk and see turtles basking in the sun. The host is wonderful and excellent with communication. Highly recommend and we would stay here again if we ever get to come back to Maui!

This property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a tropical vacation. The communication with the hosts is exceptional. Kihei is a beautiful spot and the heart of the community is only a short drive away. The area is quiet and safe. Such a lovely getaway in a beautiful spot! Thanks to Dave and Toshiko for ensuring everything runs smoothly with no hiccups. I would highly recommend this condo.
This property is on the second floor of a condo building and opens up to an amazing view of the ocean. The bedroom has cold a/c and the breeze through the unit feels amazing with the front door open and sliding doors open. The location is wonderful with close proximity to activities and restaurants. The unit itself is well-appointed with kitchen supplies, coolers for the beach or day activities, binoculars to watch ocean activities and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed the beach and pool access as well. The hosts are super communicative and kind!! This was a fantastic place to spend 3 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!!
This home was a great location to use as a home base as we explored Maui. The home was also very comfortable to hang out at with access to the beach and a beautiful view of the sunset. We loved it!
Dave & Toshiko have been the best hosts my wife and I have ever delt with. Starting with their communication upon booking their place. The unit is extremely well equipped, spotless, comfortable, cute, and welcoming all with a view that takes your breath away. Their Hospitality was world class. The location is a little farther from restaurants and shops than we anticipated but the quietness made up for it. Thank you for sharing your place with us.
We chose this property in Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The condo was clean and well equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. It was nice that Dave had a list of personal favorites around the island and we tried a few out. We used the grill on the property as well and fixed some fine steaks one evening. This vacation we arrived back home with little laundry to do as there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Just about anything you needed from kitchenware to beach essentials were there for you to use. The ocean view from the condo was beautiful as you could watch the sunsets nightly.
This property is amazing! The sunsets are as shown in the pictures but probably even more breathtaking! Great location with parking! Easy to get everywhere. Pool is lovely, walking on the beach a beautiful activity and enjoyed the rooftop sunsets and grills as well! Our only regret was not planning to stay longer! Communcation so easy with Dave! Thank you!!
Beautiful view, extremely short drive from the airport. Was easy four digit code to access condo (had two girlfriends staying in a different unit and their access code was 6 digits). Roof top BBQ’s were awesome - again - “What a view”. Note to self, always take your #33 key with you The lanai was great and having the option to open the screen door and get the tradewinds through the condo was awesome. The restaurant on site, beside the pool was spectacular, all our dishes were amazing and our service received was to notch. Contacting our host (Dave) via text was as quick as if we’d been texting each other all afternoon, literally mere seconds- extremely impressive.Mahalo for the opportunity to stay in your beautiful condo!
We had an amazing stay! The view from the lanai is incredible- we began and ended each day sitting outside. The unit has everything you need and is very comfortable. Big thanks to our hosts for sharing their little piece of paradise.

Great condo in a quiet area. The sunsets on the lanai were outstanding. Mornings were so peaceful and relaxing on the lanai. Walking distance to a small beach along with a pool right there on the complex. The condo has beach chairs, towels, coolers and snorkel & fins. Kitchen is well stocked and the condo is nicely decorated. Dave & Toshiko were excellent host!
This place was amazing! Perfect location no on Maui and in Menehune Shores. This might be the best condo location in Menehune Shores! You are as close to the ocean as you can get. Loved the mornings and evenings on the Lanai, just beautiful! The condo is top shelf. Mahalo Dave and Toshiko for a lovely stay!
The place is wonderfully located and very comfortable to stay in. We enjoyed the fish pond for swimming and saw that it was a very family friendly location for swimming. Best of all was watching the whales from the balcony!
This place is a gem: incredible views, literal oceanfront (like just a few feet away) with swimmable beach. Incredible snorkeling and activities within just a few minutes' drive.The condo itself has a fully outfitted kitchen, recreation equipment, is fully modern and stylish. The area is quiet, parking is easy.You will absolutely be thrilled when you rent here.

When we entered the unit the first thing we noticed was the amazing view of the ocean. We spent every evening watching the sunset behind the palms and enjoyed coffee in the morning. The unit was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We never used the a/c because with the cross breeze and fans the condo was always comfortable. The water was a bit choppy so snorkeling wasn’t possible but we were able to enjoy the beach area and had lunch on the rooftop (just be aware there is no shade up there). Overall we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to rent the condo again.
