Beautiful well appointed condo with gorgeous views! You cannot get closer to the ocean with a wall of windows in both the living room and bedroom. The owner Alicia was outstanding and timely with all the information for the stay!
If you are looking for a beautiful, clean and literally on the ocean experience, this is it. You are so close to the ocean you feel like you are on a cruise ship. Sleeping every night with the sliding door open to the master bedroom is magical with the crash of the waves playing all night, just for you. Feels like the perfect mix between a hotel and a condo. You have an awesome kitchen, high end community BBQs by the pool, hot tub, and the perfect (not too crowded) beach right down stairs. Food trucks are a short walk away, and it's in an amazing location where you can just walk down the board walk for miles of beach and shops etc. Highly recommend. If we weren't moving to Maui, this would be our spot every year on vacation. Highly recommend and the owner/manager is awesome. Available, walks you through every step of the way. Oh and trash shoot is right outside your door. Stop searching, book this.
First and foremost, this condo is a beautiful oceanfront/view property and exactly as pictured. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel very much at home. Secondly, Alicia is very responsive and communicative with our many questions as we planned our daughter's destination wedding. One of the highlights for my husband was the great golf with a view at The King Kamehameha Golf Club. It was truly a treat to spend this time with our future in-laws and we were very appreciative for this opportunity.My husband and I decided to treat ourselves to our own space while in Maui for our daughter's wedding, our retirement countdown and 40th wedding anniversary. After spending time throughout our 8 days with family, friends, future in-laws and wedding couples friends, it was nice to retreat to the condo. It was a wonderful place to decompress, enjoy the beautiful sunsets, the ocean waves allowing for peaceful nights and feeling well rested. Our mornings watching the sunrise and enjoying coffee on the lanai, walks on the beach and visiting with our family who were at the surrounding resort.The property was clean, close to shopping, dining and the food trucks. The view from the Lanai is awesome and the sunsets are amazing. We have seen a few turtles along the shoreline from the lanai and a few while snorkeling just off the beach. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
As other reviews will attest, you cannot get closer to the water than this gorgeous unit. It’s beautifully decorated, extremely comfy (omg the bed), super-well stocked, ultra-quiet, and right in the heart of Kaanapali, near food trucks, a grocery store, and a quick drive to Black Rock snorkeling and Whalers Village shops and restaurants. If you’re looking for a place to rest and reconnect, this is it! Worth the price, no doubt.
Property was in great location with free parking. The view and layout were great. The check in process is slightly confusing, since there are two towers on the property. There is no direction as to which tower the room is in however, they are both close and only a little inconvenient to figure out.While attempting to find the location, I contacted the property manager, to no avail. And never got a text or call back to see if everything was figured out.The location was clean with the exception of having roaches in the kitchen. They appeared to be within the walls, and mainly coming from the kitchen sink, dishwasher, trash bin and cabinets. Over our four night stay we probably killed around 20-30 of them.Overall the place was fine, but due to the bug problem would not choose to stay at this location again.
We researched about 50 properties prior to our recent stay in Maui and ultimately decided on this location. Without a doubt, the Mahana location is awesome with great oceanfront views. We love this area of the island and will return soon. Great condo. Great location. Great weather. Great views.
This property is exactly as described. We had an incredible stay in Alicia's condo! The condo has anything and everything you need, for a home away from home feel.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in. Everything from towels, to extra blankets, to pillows, you name it, nothing was forgotten about. As an added plus, the beach toys and supplies are endless. Our kids enjoyed the paddle boards and skim board, as well as the snorkel gear, all while we enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs.
The views from the condo are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the lanai daily. We saw whales and turtles almost every day. We also enjoyed watching the surfers, right out front.
The location is easy to central to Kaanapali and a quick drive to whatever you want to do. If we return to Hawaii, we would definitely stay here again.

This condo was everything that is advertised. The amenities and gear was fantastic. There is nothing that we needed that wasn’t there.
It is nice to have Duke’s right by you for a quick meal or Lava Flow. The beach is a little rocky, but you can also snorkel right from there. Just bring your beach shoes, or there were some in the toy box.

We have stayed at the Aston Mahana for many years. I believe closest condos to the ocean. Condo is elegantly decorated. Bed very comfortable. Nice hot water great water pressure. Upgraded chef appliances and kitchen. Alicia was exceptional and communication throughout the whole process from beginning to end. Even giving us a friendly reminder the morning of how to access the condo, etc. Then, the day before we leave, we got the check out instructions again, which made it very easy. Definitely staying here again. Five stars all the way.
