It's a beautiful location on the Pacific. You can't get much closer without owning a private home. The condo was clean and looked recently renovated. It's a great place to spend your vacation in paradise! The owner and management company were amazing and extremely responsive.
The condo is right on the beach and mana Kai has great amenities.

Mana Kai is our preferred placed to stay on Maui and this condo didn't disappoint. It was very nice to be in a unit closer to the ocean; this ensures a beautiful water view from the back bedroom, rather than just parking lot The unit was clean and comfortable and included everything we needed for a comfortable stay. belot.

The accommodations were exactly as anticipated and excellent for our little group. Good communication and response. We appreciate and very much enjoyed the property.
The scenery, location, and condo/lanai space were awesome. The whales were plentiful and fun to watch. However, the second bedroom had been advertised with a small fridge and coffee maker. It had neither. The televisions were nice but lots of streaming problems while trying to watch a program. One of the kitchen chairs had a loose leg and we were afraid to use it. There was a red light on the microwave stating "reset filter" and we did not find any way to follow the instructions. The availabilty of a pay washer and dryer on the same floor was convenient but according to the book complementary detergent was to have been provided. There was none and when we asked housekeeping on the floor they refused to give us any stating we were "privately owned." The assigned parking spot was so small that passengers had to exit before pulling into the spot. Overall......very pleased with the unit and if we vacation on Maui again will likely return. teprogr television and available
We really enjoyed our trip. The view and location on the beach was exceptional. Our Vrbo host Igor was very accomodating and kind. We hope that we can visit again next year
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The view from the balcony was breathtaking – simply magical! The condo was spotless, well-stocked with everything we needed, and Victoria was extremely communicative and accommodating. We loved it so much that we extended our stay by a day! We can't wait to return.
We have stayed at the Mana Kai over a dozen times and this unit was definitely up there with the nicest of them all.
Owner was extremely flexible for our check in time and communication was a breeze. Will certainly be returning next year.
I would come back here in a heartbeat! We loved the view. We saw whales and beautiful sunsets from the balcony daily. The sound of the ocean pulled us to sleep. Everything was clean and there was nothing lacking. The location was excellent. Quiet with friendly people. Pool was perfect temperature. We had a wonderful time.
I have been traveling to one of the Hawaiian islands for the past 30 years and sometimes twice a year. Almost all have been condos rented out by owners. This property is exactly as described and the views are amazing! Check in was easy and communication with the owner was immediate. We will be back again and urge anyone else considering this condo to not hesitate! Thank you, Victoria, will be renting again!
The views are unbeatable! Wake up and open the blinds and the sunshine and sounds of waves hit you! We saw whales from the balcony and sea turtles on the beach. Air conditioning is a plus (a lot of places we looked at did not have that). Property has a nice pool, beach chairs and a mini convenient store. I will say the layout of the unit is a bit strange…the back bedroom is a totally separate unit (have to go through the locked doors to get to it). Not a negative, just something to be aware of (it is actually quieter and cooler back there if you want). Bring your toiletries (or buy some from the convenient store downstairs). They give a very small “starter pack”. The unit itself is nice and you can tell recently renovated. Restaurants in the “town” of Kihei are local laid back (we loved Three’s Bar”). If you go towards wailea there are more upscale restaurants. Definitely recommend this stay!!
