Our family of four has stayed at the Royal Mauian multiple times over the years. This is a well located unit with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. Views of the sunset from the lanai are amazing. The hosts were great to deal with and very helpful. My husband was a little worried about no AC but with the nice ocean breeze and the fans we were very comfortable without it.
The location was great, nestled between 2 beaches. Saw turtles swimming and sunbathing on the rocks every day, saw whales from the lanai, perfect sunset views. Enjoyed the evening breeze and listening to the ocean while we slept. Condo is a little on the small side, but honestly we didn’t spend much time there as we were out exploring all the beauty of Maui during the day. Pool and grounds were very well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners communication was above and beyond expectations.

Just a fantastic condo with spectacular views. Clean, well appointed, and has everything you need for a great vacation. We will definitely be staying here again.

We can't say enough about how wonderful this property was for our family's first visit to Maui. It was perfectly located for exploring the island. I loved the easy access to many beaches, and the snorkeling right in front of the condo was a major bonus! We took several snorkeling excursions while in Maui, but the snorkeling right in front of the condo was as good as those excursions! The scenery off of the condo balcony was incredible ... the sunsets .... the quiet of the morning, and especially loved seeing the many sea turtles. Now on to the condo itself - we all agreed that it was the most well stocked condo rental we have ever had. The owners really make it feel like home. We so appreciated them sharing their home with us. They were also readily available to answer any questions we had. The tips they shared about the local area were also incredibly helpful and recommendations were spot on! Thank you for making our Hawaii vacation so memorable! It is a long trip for us but really hope to make it back to Maui someday ... and this condo!
This property is 100% ocean view, conveniently located in between Kam 1& Kam 2 beach parks. The condo has beach supplies including an umbrella. We walked to the beach easily and also also enjoyed the pool. Registration with the front desk was very easy, there was always parking available and you are in walking distance of many restaurants. We couldn’t believe how many sea turtles we saw from the condo. There was also one basking in the sun on the beach one day. They swim and linger by the rocks all along the area by the pool and down to the beach. The condo feels very homey and welcoming, we loved our time in Maui.
This property is in an ideal location with fantastic views of the ocean and beaches right from the lanai. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and homey- it’s our second stay in the same unit and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience in Maui!
Wonderful rental right on the beach. Can't beat the view! Liked being walking distance from shops, food trucks, restaurants. No need to leave the area if you don't want to.
Our family vacations in Kehei every couple of years. This is the first time we've been in this unit and it was wonderful. The views are fantastic and Lucy was wonderful to communicate with. It's not the nicest accommodations you can get but it's all about the view and convenient location. The Kamaole beaches are wonderful for sunning, swimming, and snorkeling. It's an affordable place with a million dollar view. We hope to come back!
