We had a wonderful 10-day stay in Maui! Skye, our host, was fantastic—always quick with communication and attentive in resolving the small issues that came up. The newly renovated condo was bright, classy, and very comfortable, with everything we needed. We especially loved relaxing on the lanai, watching turtles swimming and taking in the endless ocean views at sunset. The location was perfect—close to great snorkeling spots, dining, shopping, and plenty of beaches to explore. We can’t wait to return!
Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. Most mornings and evenings were spent on the lanai, enjoying the gorgeous view and relaxing sounds of the ocean. The property itself is beautifully updated with all the creature comforts you would want, including ones you never knew you needed. The neighborhood is full of all sorts of unique little shops and eateries. We definitely felt like we got more of an authentic experience here than on a resort. We only wish we had more time to explore. We'd definitely stay here again.

Wonderful view and great location!
This is one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible location - groceries and many restaurants within an easy walk. Great snorkeling just steps from the building. We watched whales from the lanai every evening. The apartment itself is perfect. Really beautifully designed, the kitchen is well supplied and everything is really high-quality – beds are comfortable, everything was great. I’m sure the air conditioning is needed at sometimes of the year, but we didn’t need it during our stay. I can’t say enough about it – we would love to come again!!
This unit is beautiful and clean and the view is spectacular! The grounds are well maintained. Perfect location to get around the island. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Great snorkeling right out front at Kam 1 and 2 and easy rental of snorkel and beach gear right across the street. Great communication with owner. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
If I could give this 10 stars I would! We loved our stay here and were sad to leave. The oceanfront view speaks for itself, but being settled in between beaches makes it even better. The condo is beautiful and has everything you will need. The building is clean and quiet, and everyone was very friendly. Check in/out were very smooth and the included parking is extra nice. Skye was super helpful prior to our stay, condo was true to pictures, left us wanting for nothing! So well stocked and little things like having the world’s best ice maker made our vacation effortless. One thing to note if you are shopping condos at Royal Mauian - many units do not have air conditioning. This unit does, and it was glorious in the late afternoon! We used the rooftop grills while watching the beautiful sunsets, everything we needed was within walking distance, and the outdoor areas were immaculate. I would not stay at this property with small children, as there are noise restrictions. As a couple celebrating their anniversary, it was greatly appreciated! Great mixture of owner residents and renters. Would definitely return.

Third time staying in this unit. Beautifully decorated. Has everything you could possibly need. The lanai allows you to whale and turtle watch as well as see magnificent sunsets. The owner is great to work with.
My husband and I stayed at this Kihei condo to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. It was our first time in Hawaii so we didn’t know what to expect but everything was perfect! The condo itself is well appointed, beautifully decorated, adjacent to two great beaches, walking distance to shops/restaurants, centrally located to other great spots on Maui - and has the most amazing ocean views. Watching the sunset from our balcony every evening was pure bliss! To top it off, the owner was wonderful to work with. So thankful to have found this little piece of paradise and hope to be back soon…
I would highly recommend staying at this unit at the property. The location is fantastic situated right between Kam 1 and Kam 2. The unit is newly updated with state of the art technology and high end appliances. Only suggestion is there are no beach chairs provided otherwise there is nothing I would suggest to improve. Will be back again!!

We had an incredible week in Maui staying at Skye's place. Couldn't have asked for a better view and accommodation to comfortably suit 4 people - not to mention we easily managed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Check in and check out were smooth and we had all the info we needed, and Skye was terrific to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying here!
This is an excellent property. The view is second to none. Everything was available in the kitchen we could possibly need. It was quiet and peaceful which is important to us. Most importantly, we had a minor issue that was handled with speed and kindness by the owner who was easily available to us. We will definitely stay again. Thank you for a beautiful stay.
As gorgeous as the pictures look it does not even come close to doing it justice!!! This home is so incredibly beautiful with a perfect location, breathtaking views, stunning beaches on each side (2-3 min stroll), and every single detail and care you can imagine has been taken to be certain your trip will be perfection. The thought and attention Skye has taken is literally like NO OTHER VRBO owner we have ever experienced and we have stayed at A LOT of places! From the obvious beautiful views all the way down to having nice quality built-in toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). The kitchen is top quality with a cutting edge renovation completed - the appliances are all first-class...the beautiful furniture - much of it is from local crafstmen, comfortable couch and chairs, extremely comfortable bed with a gorgeous view and being lulled to sleep by the ocean every night! The lanai is perfect - great to wake up to and have your coffee and perfect for the breath-taking sunset with a glass of wine...the location COULD NOT BE BETTER! This was our first time to Hawaii and I researched like crazy! I asked Skye a zillion questions and with his rapid, thorough, patient responses I knew this was the right place to stay! In wonderful Kihei but just minutes from the posh Wailea - we were so centrally located to everything we wanted to see and do! Automated blinds, wonderful a/c, washer and dryer that INCLUDED detergent -- I could go on forever!!! LOVE it here!!!

Location was just perfect, few steps down to two beautiful beaches. The lanai (balcony) was great for sunsets, dinner, lunch and spotting morning turtles. All the appliances are not only new but top of the line. A bonus that isn’t really mentioned is the solidity of the complex, it’s all poured concrete so the walls and floors are really sound proof - so unless folk are on the lanai or out side - it’s very quiet! Skye was very quick and helpful when the blinds lost connection and quickly found a solution. Local food and groceries are within a block - Beach St cafe across the road and Cinnamon Roll place are especially good for breakfast! Would love to stay again.

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. Views are some of the best in the area and all the recent upgrades just add to the overall experience. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend.
Property was excellent. One of the finest condos we have ever stayed in. The description on VRBO really underscores how beautiful and appointed the condo really is.

This unit is beautiful. Remodeled a year ago. Very easy check-in. Location between two beaches is perfect.
From start to finish we had an amazing stay at this lovely 2 bd 2 bath condo. Our hosts were fabulous and made everything extra special for us. The unit is pristine and well laid out. The kitchen in equipped and modern and the bedrooms and living areas are stylish and comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and contemporary. This location in Kihei is our favorite allowing for beach walks and great dining and shops near by. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our hosts were. We are truly grateful to have found this spot and will definitely return.
We have stayed at several units in this building and 516 was hands down the most updated with modern and special touches.
Location is everything, and, while we usually stay on the 6th floor, one big advantage with the 5th floor is you don't get noise from chairs being moved around on the rooftop deck.
The unit has A/C, but we never used it once, the unit kept plenty comfortable with just the windows and doors open, taking advantage of the ocean breeze.
Everything is high tech, including state of the art TV and sound system, and automatic / electronic window shades.
The owner is very communicative, attentive, and easy to reach.
If you're looking for a well-designed, modern and comfortable condo in Kihei, this is the one!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The remodeling was expertly done. Nice having the second bedroom. Furniture is comfy. Very close to the water. Skye is the best property manager we’ve dealt with. We’d definitely return when we’re in this area.
