Perfect for a one week stay for our family of four. Very easy beach access and amazing views from the patio. We enjoyed making our own meals in the well appointed kitchen. Amber, the property manager, is very communicative and responds quickly with informative answers. The unit was clean and comfortable and feels well taken care of. We loved our stay and would book again.

Great property, love the location and beach. This is the third time we have stayed at Polo Beach and every time it has been a great experience.
This condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation - it was outfitted with all we needed to enjoy the pool and the beach. Access to (what felt like!) a private beach was steps away from the condo. We felt entirely safe as our children roamed around the property, to and from the beach. For our family of 5, it provided enough room for us to spread out and have our own space. And... the views are stunning! We would definitely return for another stay the next time we are in Hawaii.
Clean and accessible property with a laid back and quiet vibe. Professional and kind staff on property. Big fan after doing many many stays at very nearby hotel over the last two decade.

So rare that a property lives up to the expectations, and this one far exceeded it! Location was perfect. The condo was exactly as described. Clean and well organized and had everything we could have needed. The hosts were attentive and check in and out were a breeze. We can't say enough good things!
We had an amazing stay at this condo! Check in was simple and it was clean with a great view of the ocean/beach. Great location. All of the amenities were fantastic!
Steps right onto my favourite beach in Maui, Polo beach. Unit was perfect for our family of four. Underground parking can be a bit of challenge and I wish the grills were closer but these are minor issues. Overall, this spot provided one of the best vacations of our lives.
Our Third stay at this property and booked again in 2026. property Manager Amber is always great to work with.
The location is fabulous and a great view of the ocean. The place has never been updated. The rug and couch need replacing. It would be nice if the TV was connected to the Internet for streaming.

Beautiful location and views, located directly on the beach and near all Wailea attractions.

We always enjoy staying at this property. Spectacular views and amazing location.
Great location, easy access and everything you need to have a wonderful stay. We especially appreciated the beach towels, umbrella and chairs. The deck was the perfect spot for morning tea or watching the evening sunset. Amber was great to work with. Hope to stay again soon!

My family and I loved our stay here. Great views from the lanai. Closet is well stocked with beach toys, chairs & umbrellas and boogie boards. Check in and check out were simple (no list of chores)!

Beautiful location, quiet and relaxing. Close to a path that takes you to three major resorts, easy walk for dinner or morning açaí bowls. Most amazing view of the ocean.

The property was wonderful and as advertised. Polo Beach is lovely and we spent many hours on the sand and in the water. Beautiful sunsets from the property balcony. Easy walk to the Wailea resorts along the beachwalk for dinner or a luau. Would return.
Let me preface this review by saying the ding isn't on the property or the homeowner- it's on VRBO's systems. Yes, the property is in the BEST location and simply beautiful- couldn't have asked for anything more. Despite a mistake upon check-in, Amber was quick to remedy.
My issue is with VRBO not refunding our deposit. Which as you know, is an (understandably) significant amount. It's been almost four weeks and we haven't received our refund. I've had to call VRBO three times and still haven't gotten our money back. They cite "systems complexities". Whatever that means.
Amber is not at fault in any way- this is a VRBO problem. I sincerely hope no one has been taken advantage of- I worry people have forgotten they've paid the deposit up front and don't think to confirm they've been refunded the money afterwards. So DO book this amazing property- you won't regret it, but DO check to make sure you get your deposit back!
We had a great week stay at the Polo club. The unit was well equipped in every way. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, sunscreen, moisturizers. The unit was right on the walking path in Wailea, which we enjoyed tremendously and the hosts were very communicative, and, very helpful. I recommend this property highly.
We had a fabulous time on our recent trip. I would highly recommend the condo. The condo is beautifully decorated and well appointed.
Amber is a great host and thought of everything. She was very receptive during our trip.
The large lanai has ocean views and is perfect for whale watching.
This condo had a great ocean view. We saw lots of whales from our lanai! It was very clean, spacious and well stocked. The private beach was great and the walking path went way down past the resorts and Wailea Shops. Lots of restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here!
Watching the whales from the lanai was awesome. Overall the unit is clean and has every amenity. (Only issue is the rug in the living room needs to be replaced.)

It was a truly wonderful stay. The view is unbeatable. We were able to see the sunset in the evening and the rays of the sunrise. The unit was in a great location. We walked along the beach every morning. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. I highly recommend.
We have a wonderful time there with whale watching, golfing and nice trips all over the island.
