The unit is quiet. View lovely. Very clean on arrival. Was reminded twice during our stay by house keeping to make the beds with the washed linens. Ok. No big. They also needed us out be out by ten am. Orig supposed to be 11. But ok. It was made clear the unit needed to be ready for the next guest. That she would be meeting us at 10 am for a walk through. At 900 am we went for a coffee run. We returned at 945 to the unit . Nance, the Housekeeper was already in the unit. Our belongings clearly visible.
Our beach Drinks dumped. It was very awkard. She said the cleaning protocols changed. She was wearing a clothe mask under chin. I also found 2 comforters in the linen closet with urine stains. I did show Housekeeping.
We loved our stay! Comfy bed, everything you need…and the best view! Property well maintained and wonderful.
The listing is beautiful and the pictures dont do it justice. Everything is relatively close and the beach is a small walk away. Thanks again!
The condo is nice - well stocked with lots of beach equipment. There is a good sized lanai with a beautiful view of the ocean. It’s just a few steps to the water, where we saw lots of sea turtles. Nice, quiet building in a nice, quiet area. Owner is very easy to reach with questions. Just be aware that the check out instructions include: “Please wash sheets and towels separately. Please leave clean/dry sheets and towels on the bed.”
This place is a perfect location. We could see whales right outside the lanai. turtles too Washer and dryer great; Ample parking.
Cons: they request you to do laundry while you're there. We had to put away previous tenants sheets and also start laundry of our own sheets before leaving. They requested us to throw out garbage and to start the dishwasher. all of this while paying over $$$ for cleaning fee. I don't want to clean on vacation. And then pay for cleaning.
This unit is very much dated.

Ma’alaea is a perfect location. The area is quiet and close to Kihei and Lahaina. Harbor is a short walk and offers restaurants and some souvenir shopping.
