This condo was very nice and had all the amenities. Nicely decorated and updated made for a very enjoyable stay. All rooms had mini-splic HVAC units and ceiling fans throughout. One of the splits in the lower bedroom was not blowing very cold air and just needs a simple recharge. Loved the location and easy access to the beach and sites.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the view from the porch was wonderful.
We loved the location a short drive to Kihei and Wailea to enjoy all the beaches and everything else on offer.
We visit Maui once or twice a year. This trip we stayed at Maui Kamaole for 13 nights.This condo and the location are excellent! Beautiful view! Exactly as pictured. Very roomy for 4 adults.

My parents and I had a wonderful stay in this condo! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the condo was large, clean and beautifully furnished with a great view of the ocean. The complex is located on a main street close to shops and restaurants, and there are nice beaches very close by, with beach gear provided by the host. I highly recommend this place for a stay in Kihei/Maui.

Property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well stocked kitchen to make meals, comfortable beds and fantastic views from the deck. The property is in a perfect location close to two great beaches. Management was also great to deal with, responding quickly to any questions. We hope to return!
I highly recommend this spot. It's clean, spacious and has an unobstructed view of the ocean. When I booked, the map showed the property being near Charley Young but it's actually right across from the Kihei Boat ramp. My husband took the Redline Rafting trip to Molokini and the back wall from there. Highly recommend!The grounds are gorgeous and well maintained. The property is nice and quiet which makes it easy to relax. Would love to stay here again!

Our family stayed here for 10 nights and we loved it. We picked this location because we wanted to be close to everything but not STEPS away from everything for peace and quiet. The location is a couple minutes drive to everything we needed; beach, entertainment, and shopping. The property itself was very clean and has everything we needed. The staff was very responsive to our questions. It's across the street from the Kihei boat ramp which is awesome since there are snorkeling tours there every morning. We would stay here again if we come back to Maui.

There are three lanai’s, one very large one of a perfect view of ocean and sunsets. The condo has everything for a beach day, kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. We had some unforeseen maintenance issues that happened, not to anyone’s fault, things sometimes happen. Romvari rentals was quick to respond and offered us compensation for inconvenience plus to move to an upgraded condo. Jessica was amazing to work with.

Our rental had the most spectacular view, was super quiet, was easy to keep cool for sleeping, was very clean and comfortable, and had comfortable beds for sleeping. The kitchen had the basics, but maybe could use a few more convenience items ( plastic storage containers to use at beach and pool for snacks, plastic wrap and aluminum foil, a 1-2 day supply of coffee, cooking spray.). Otherwise, everything was perfect! The supplies shampoo, conditioner, and body wash was very nice. 4 nice beach towels, beach mats, and some pool/beach items were also provided. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely rental!
On the ocean end, it is one of the best locations within the Maui Kamaole condo complex. Notably, the map location on the VRBO website is incorrect. It is not located proximate to Kamaole Beach Park 1 (Kam 1), but rather is south of Kam 3, north of Keawakapu Beach, and directly across from the Kihei boat ramp. Nonetheless, the location served us well for walking to either of the closest beaches and to the departure/arrival of our Molokini Crater snorkel tour with Redline Rafting. The condo itself was clean and well furnished and is depicted accurately by the photos. I would not hesitate to return.
We loved this condo. Great location, clean, beds are so comfy, kitchen is well equipped. The view is outstanding. We could watch the whales play, and didn’t have to leave to witness the beautiful sunsets. Management was very helpful, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this unit and hope to return someday.

We stayed for 6 nights in March 2024 (family of 4, 2 adults, 2 early teen). The property is ideally located across the street from Kamaole III beach, and is easy to find. The view from the Lanai was amazing and it was easy to watch whales as we had breakfast and in the evening. The condition of the property was excellent. The facilities and appliances are up to date and the bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully done. It had plenty of space for us and was a nice home base to come back to in Kihei.We would definitely stay in this unit again. We had no issues at all in dealing the the owner/managers or the onsite staff.

Very nice condo and good overall experience. Great location! Less than 10 minute walk for beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Clean well equipped condo. Great view from the beach side lanai. Even saw whales from the lanai during our stay in March. Would recommend this for couples or families alike.

Overall our stay in this unit was very good. The communications I had with Romvari were excellent and if I needed anything they were immediately responsive. For example I thought the place needed placemats and some cleaning products and the rep brought them immediately. There is an issue with the sink drains in the bathrooms which they tried to resolve. The condo is comfortable to lounge in and the lanai has an amazing sunset view. The lanai furniture looks quite outdated. Though you are on the front of the condo complex to view the ocean, remember there is a street and beach area ahead of you so binoculars would be good to view whales. The bathrooms are fairly newly renovated. The kitchen has all the appliances but I felt that the dishware, glasses, cutlery and utensils were a bit sparse and some looked quite old and very outdated. The beds are very comfortable. The unit is accessed by going up one flight of stairs, and the hallway and entry to the apartment look quite shabby. This gave a poor first impression. The complex including the swimming pool are fine but very outdated and don't picture yourself lounging in a very luxurious type place. Thankfully beaches of Kihei and Wailua are nearby and those are great. Kihei is convenient for tourists with many nearby shopping and dining options. It is very touristic. One bonus is that 2 whale watching outfits leave from just across the street from the condo. We used Blue Water Rafting and I can recommend them.
The upstairs sink was clogged when I checked in. I let the PM know and it was never fixed during my stay.
This place is conveniently located, well appointed, comfortable and has an excellent view. We've been coming to Maui for 23 years and this place is by far the best VRBO or hotel we've ever stayed in.
What a great property location and phenomenal ocean view. We saw so many whales we lost count.
Condo is well appointed, parking is reserved for the unit, and lots of beach chairs, umbrella and towels to use for excursions.
We would definitely stay here again.
