The property very nice and well kept. We had a fabulous view from the lanai. Very roomy and kitchen was well equipped. . Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely come back.
The condo was really very nice. The views were amazing and the unit itself was very accommodating. There was clear and open communication with the host. We had zero issues, and would definitely rebook/recommend this unit/host again.
The a/c was broken. They said there would be fans delivered to help. No fans arrived. It was very uncomfortable sleeping at night. If they get the a/c fixed I would stay again.

We loved our stay at Maui Island Sands Resort! The view from the lanai was exactly like the photos, absolutely stunning. Within minutes of arriving, we saw a turtle on the beach and several more swimming. Later, nearly twenty turtles were visible resting by the rocky shore. It was a highlight of our trip.The condo was spacious and perfect for our family of five. It had a main bedroom with an en-suite bath and a second bedroom with its own bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked, and there were plenty of towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a beach umbrella.Everything felt clean, updated, and well-maintained. The complex itself was quiet and had a pool, BBQ area, and a foot wash station. Assigned parking was also a plus.It’s just a short walk to Haycraft Park for beach access. We enjoyed snorkeling there and saw fish and turtles, but I’d recommend water shoes as there are thorns from nearby trees.Maalaea Bay is very windy (we saw consistent 15-25 MPH winds), so plan beach time in the morning before it picks up.Our host, Robert, was fantastic! He was very communicative and accommodating. He even let us check in early so we didn’t have to leave our bags in the car. Highly recommend this place!
Nice older condo unit. Turtles on the beach right under the balcony when we arrived and most afternoons we were there. Good communication with owner. No shampoo in unit and portable A/C units couldn’t keep rooms cooled (could only get the rooms down to @ 76 degrees). Beds were super comfy. Area was quiet and centrally located. Lots of amenities for the beach. Would stay here again if the opportunity ever comes about.

Beautiful views nice place
Some of the best unobstructed views you’ll get on Maui! We saw so many turtles and whales right from our lanai. Sunrise and sunset were so beautiful. Property is clean and as described. Area is quiet, conveniently located and accessible to other popular areas. We stayed here as a family of 3 and my sister and loved it. We would definitely book here again next time we come to the island.

Everything is as advertised for this beautiful condo. The view is beyond words. Robert replied to all my questions quickly. Just 15 minutes from the airport, its location is perfect to easily access all areas of the island.
Excellent view and plenty of room for family of 5 with young adult children. Well stocked with beach towels, chairs and an umbrella. View is amazing. Loved family dinners on the deck and spotting turtles and whales in the harbor. No real beach here but we felt close to several beaches and the other adventures (hiking, snorkeling and surfing) that we came for. Very responsive host.
Great location close to all amenities
This was the perfect location for us to get to all parts of the island to enjoy hikes and beaches. Very central and close enough to major areas for eating and shopping. The harbor is an easy walk with shops and restaurants as well. The unit itself is well appointed and clean. We were just two adults, so it was very spacious for us. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings and listening to the waves. The sunrise in the morning was the perfect way to start the day, and we spotted turtles several times. The host was very responsive and very helpful. I want to return during whale season!!
Property was clean and relaxing. Needed a/c and had it which was a plus. Property owner was easy to reach and very kind and accommodating.
The place was clean and was easy to reach the property manager. The only downside was the slider needs new wheels. Other than that, the place was awesome, and we will try and rent it again.
From the balcony we could watch the Turtles in the water every day.

Everything was great except air conditioning. There is a small window air conditioner in the living room which was inadequate to even cool that room let alone the other rooms. We turned it off since it was noisy and useless. Keep the front door open and the unit gets a great breeze going through. The view from the balcony is spectacular and makes it all worth it! Our host was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay.
After a long day of travel to be able and open the front door and head out on the balcony to see the view in person set the tone for what was an incredible vacation.
We were promised sea turtles and we saw sea turtles EVERYDAY. We were away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to where we had no issues exploring the island. The owners went out of their way to make sure our stay was as memorable as possible and answered ANY inquiry (leading up to and during our stay) in a prompt, effient and professional manner; even helping us solve how to door pass code at 11:30pm!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here at this condo. That million dollar view off of the lanai is amazing! The communication with ownership was top notch and the location was perfect. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to come to Maui.
The oceanfront view was amazing! We watched the sea turtles swim from our balcony and enjoyed the fresh sea air while we slept. The two bedrooms and baths provided plenty of space for 5 adults. Check-in and checkout were straightforward and easy to follow and the owners were very accessible when needed.

This is a quieter location, and the view is spectacular. I sat on the lanai and watched the sun rise and the turtles swim. The unit was clean and comfortable. We cook, and the kitchen worked out great. Robert was very responsive to our questions and addressed any issues. You have to drive about 20 minutes for swimming beaches, groceries, and restaurants. However, we could walk to the harbor, which has some eateries and where we took a snorkeling excursion. There was a convenience store and Starbucks right nearby. We were also close to the beautiful coastline drive up toward Lahaina.
My family of 5 stayed in the condo for a week. Great location and condo for the value. Amazing views, with turtles swimming below our balcony daily and coming onto the beach at night. 15-20 mins to south beaches and 30 minutes to north beaches. Host was extremely fast and communicative. Overall, a great stay!
