Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer. The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.
The Wailea Golf Course and Tennis Clubs are just a minutes away. Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.
Whatever your vacation desires might be, you will have a great time, and everything you could expect for memories of a lifetime!
Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.
While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.
We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment
5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Love the location and complex, very quiet, great pool and grounds. Twin beds are not great mattresses, and there is no microwave, but everything else is well stocked. There are great beach chairs, and towels.

Broadly, our stay was enjoyable. While the condo was livable, the state of the unit reflects a home that is not used by the owner. The budget friendly price comes at a cost. Most of these costs are acceptable exactly what I expected - tired, worn out, and threadbare furniture, very old carpeting, heavy wear on walls, doors, etc. The renter provides some simple kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. While its standard that these be on the cheap and well-used side, I was very disappointed by the physical state of these items. In particular, the knives were so dangerously dull that we stopped cooking anything entirely. Every knife was serrated, yet could barely saw through any fruit or vegetable. Cutting meat was out of the question. Pot and pan handle rivets were loose and threatening to fall off while cooking. While I recognize we were in a tropical destination, and pests are extremely difficult to do away with entirely, I have to say that I have never stayed in a property with as many insects as this one. It's fair to say that this is not the fault of Coldwell Bankers directly, but that of the condo board and property manager. However, it was very disappointing to be chasing cockroaches down every morning just to make sure they weren't getting into our breakfasts. Note - we complied strictly with the house rules to prevent this to no avail.I would hesitate to stay in this unit again until I hear that these issues have been resolved.

It seemed very old style, like not remodeled since the 1980s. Everything needed updating including electricity and streaming ability.

The interior of the condo is extremely outdated. We had a problem with ants in our kitchen even though we emptied garbage daily and kept all food in fridge and counters wiped down. The beds were very uncomfortable hard to the point where we did not sleep good at all. The AC unit in primary bedroom did not work efficiently at all. It was extremely hot in our bedroom . The main room AC worked great but the bedroom AC unit was like non existent in cooling the room. Despite texting the property manager no one showed up to fix and check the AC like we were told they would.

Great location, good complex, spacious property with a great view but really dated. Also the unit is not clean enough. Specifically the floor really needs mopping, it’s dirty to the sticky level and socks turn black from walking on it. The vinyl in the kitchen just needs to go, wish I could add a photo. Some dishes/cups have cracks and chips. Sofa fabric has worn out through. It’s all easily fixable but really a full renovation wouldn’t hurt.

We’ve stayed in this unit many times over the past 15 years. This unit is in dire need of TLC. Almost everything is worn out couches, beds, chipped paint by the window. We paid a very high nightly rate for 2 weeks and are so disappointed in the condition of the unit. The sink is split in the main bath and almost falling off the wall, the tub was clogged, no propane tank, electric kettle broken, difficult to open kitchen window and patio doors, broken beach chairs, we just felt nickeled and dimed with the minimal and cheap items supplied in the unit for a premium price. We complained to the main property manager as well and won’t stay here again.

However, would suggest much better lighting, more linens, boogie boards and umbrella, kitchen consumables like Saran Wrap, oil, spices, etc., carpet cleaning, sharper knives. A bit dated but great value!! Did not get very good customer service from Coldwell Banker who manages the unit. Would stay here again.

The rental process was quick and easy. Found the price to be lower when you book straight with CBIP Vacations then Costco or other sites. The place is very well situated. The community is clean and quiet. The unit has a beatiful view of the ocean. Almost felt like being at a resort. The unit came with several beach accessories. The property was very clean. My advice would be that they make a few renovations to the bathrooms. Aldo, it would have been great if it came with a few seasonings and oils. Besides that, we greatly enjoy our stay at the Palms. We highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you CBIP for the wonderful time.

We stayed for 15 nights and loved every one of them. The condo is massive, allowing our group of 6 to easily spread out. We had a few small issues during our stay, which is normal, and wich CBIP fixed immediately. The condo does show it's age (as most rentals on Maui do), but everything works and it was very clean. If I had to make one suggestion I'd say change out the showerhead in the master 's time. Tha ks for making our stay great.

Great room. Had beach chairs and snorkel gear for us to use. glad each room had air conditioning in the condo we stayed at. Plenty of room in the living room and bedrooms. Very nice view from the balcony. Get a very nice view of the sunset near the pool area. Room 2202 was excellent, although I did visit other condos where some of my relatives stayed and they only had air conditioning in the master bedroom. Guess not every condo has ac in each room. we got lucky with ours!
