This property had everything you could think of. Comfy beds, plenty of space, nice size bathrooms and the best views. Close to eating, shopping and rental places. Centrally located for all day trips around the island. Don't pass this place up because you will not find a better spot! The staff around the rental was super friendly as well.
We were a family of 5 adults and one infant! We love the Maui Banyan and our unit had everything we could possibly need!!!
We had a fabulous time. Our condo was right across the street to the Kamaole Beach II, down the street from several restaurants. Even though it was right above S. Kihei Road, noise was never a problem inside the unit and it gave us a wonderful view of the surf and beach. The unit was very well appointed, clean and we found no items that were not working or needed attention. One day our electronic front door stopped working but with one phone call to the owner a maintenance man was dispatched and replaced the batteries. We were also informed how to use the second entrance so that we were locked out of the unit. Getting back in took about 5 minutes and batteries replaced within the hour. We would most definitely rent this unit again.

We stayed 10 days and loved this Kihei accommodations. Communications with Mary were easy. This location was great and very drivable to our other Maui excursions. The condo had plenty of room for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The beach views from the lanais were incredible. Everything we needed in the condo was provided for and all we had to buy were toiletries and food. We were very thankful that there was so much beach gear available with the condo, and we utilized these on a daily basis. Restaurants and the ABC store were a quick 5-10 min walk away. I exercised daily with morning walks around sunrise and our family was out and about until around 9-10 pm and we always felt safe here. One thing to note is that you do have about 4 stairs to go up and down to get to the condo and there are no elevators. So this can be harder if you have mobility issues. Otherwise, if that's not an issue, we would definitely recommend this condo and will plan on staying here again when we return to Maui.

The property is as advertised! Great location. Very functional kitchen. Beds were used but comfortable.
Water temperature in the shower would be my only complaint. It was hard to keep a consistent temperature.
The view from the Lanai was obstructed for sunsets, but you did get to see the surf rolling in at the beach.
I would definitely recommend for 2 couples.

It is great place to stay. The place is clean, close to nice beaches and close to convenient store, restaurants. The owner also provides beach equipments for us and communicated with us weeks ago before we go and make sure we have smooth checking in, parking and even travel plan suggestions. I wound recommend this property for future stay.

The place is wonderful, everything you need. We explored the island and in all honesty the location here is best. The beach across the property is great, close to stores and restaurants. The beds and pull out couch were comfy. The view from the balcony is great with the sunset right in front of you. We enjoyed our stay so much we booked a return trip, can't wait to come back.
We all very much enjoyed our stay, the condo was great and the pools were aslo great! We loved the view from the lanai and the close proximity to the beach! My daughter left a top behind and Mary called us and waited till we finished dinner for us to go get it. Seriously worth all 5 stars!
Excellent location within walking distance to restaurants and ABC store and beach directly across the street. Condo adjoins highly travelled street but you can hear no noise in the condo. Kitchen contained all expected utensils and appliances plus more. Overall great stay and we would go there again.
Family of 6 had a great time. Condo was great, beds were comfortable, AC worked great in all the rooms. Great location and can watch sunsets every night without having to go to the beach. Communication with owner was fast and easy.
It is a great unit! Across the street from the beach. The owner was awesome! Very accommodating and kept us up-to-date allowing the way up to and including our vacation. Definitely hope to stay here again. A+
Walking across the street to Kam 2 (Kamaole Park 2) for a day at the beach was amazing. And walking just a little ways down to Kam 3 for snorkeling (better snorkeling than Kam 2) was incredible. Saw so many sea turtles and so many amazing fish there. We also drove to Keawakapu Beach - plenty of parking. Saw great fish there too and quite a few eels, including snowflake and white mouth moray eels. Just a short walk down the street for shops and natural-flavor shave ice (pineapple + cocount so good!). This place is awesome!

The property is located across from a lovely beach and close to a number of shops and restaurants. The unit itself is an older apartment on the second floor of a two story building (no elevator). The main areas have all been thoughtfully updated and we were quite comfortable. The bathrooms have not been updated and our friend , who has mobility challenges, had trouble with the toilet, as it is low and there are no grab bars. Overall the unit was pleasant, good value for money but not great for someone with mobility issues.
We enjoyed the location and the accommodations very much!
This was a perfect place for a family home base. The ocean view was fantastic, the beach across the street was awesome and the place itself was great, it had everything we needed from a wine opener to beach towels and washer/dryer. We enjoyed every minute of our stay & plan to return!
This was a great property to stay at. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to so many bars and restaurants. Mary was an excellent host and responded right away to any questions. Would definitely stay again.
The room was exactly as described. The host was very easy to deal with. We communicated multiple times throughout the trip. It had all the supplies we could ever need to enjoy our beach vacation! The view from the patio was amazing and we sat out there and enjoyed the views at all times of the day. We even saw whales! It was close walking distance and anyone staying there must check out the local restaurant a block away called cafe oâlei. The food was the best and we went back a couple times. We will be staying again whenever we return to Maui. If you have items delivered by Amazon though make sure you ask them to deliver to the front desk as we are unsure what happened to items we had delivered.

Did made the mistake to think check out was at 12:00 PM but the owner was very understanding and we were out at around 11:20 PM.
The housekeeping guy arrived at the place around 10:00 AM and was a little rude and grumpy for us not getting out in time but it was our mistake for thinking check out was at noon.

I canât say enough good things about this condo! The view is absolutely gorgeous!! The location couldnât be better, everything was just steps away, the beach, several restaurants and shopping.
The condo itself is updated, was very clean, and well stocked it had everything we needed. There was more than enough room for my family of four and my parents.
Mary was great to deal with, she was super nice and helpful! Thank you so much for having us!! We will definitely be back!!
We have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. The view! The location! The space! So well stocked. The condo had everything we needed. We spent so much time on the large lanai, having breakfast, coffee, dinnerâĻ. We had a wonderful week here and will definitely be back.
