The condo was very comfortable and matched the pictures in the listing. It was convenient for snorkeling and paddle boarding. I was reluctant to have a ground floor unit, but it was very convenient. Nothing could beat the unobstructed ocean view.
The property was amazing and so glad I had an email with the Property managers information. The Vrbo app was down and all of the information for our trip was unavailable online as well. Thank goodness I saved the email with the information for the Property management company. I immediately called them as soon as I saw Vrbo had an issue and they said they had everything taken care of on their end and they would be the ones reaching out to us with our codes to get into the property. They also reached out while we were there to make sure everything was going smoothly. I recommend saving information to other places or printing out important information. We were not the only ones this effected. I read online that Vrbo had been down for weeks. Glad we had such a wonderful experience with the Property Company- Sunny Maui Vacations/ Maui Hospitality LLC!
The property was clean and as described. We loved being able to walk from the patio and have the ocean right in front of us. The beaches were clean and just steps away.

Loved waking up and having coffee on the patio with the most beautiful view. Being on the first floor and able to walk out to the lounge chairs and the pool etc. was great.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5 on our first trip to Maui. We spent 10 days here. Beaches to the left and right, amazing snorkeling immediately in front of the condo. The view truly never got old. Some of our favorite parts of the vacation were just sitting on the patio as the sun was rising or setting with a beverage in hand. The location of this condo is great in the wonderful shore town of Kehei, it served as a great home base for our trip full of excursions and day trips to southern beaches. The condo had everything you needed and the management company is extremely responsive and helpful (in addition to providing concierge type service). Also, I thought the rooftop patio and grilling area was a little underrated. We grilled twice on the roof with Haleakala in view to one side and the sunset on the other... pretty amazing.
I did want to give some feedback tho on the condo. It’s very outdated. Furniture old and cushions dirty and not comfortable. Floors were dirty as well as table tops. Our bottoms of our feet were dirty and gritty the first day here walking on the floors. I was not good cleaning job at all. But most of all the furniture is what bothered us. We couldn’t sit comfortable on sofa as the cushions were uneven and lumpy, and dirty.
