Great place. Perfect location. Will go again. Had an issue with the AC but they immediately sent someone over and gave us directions and were very responsive.

Beautiful place. You can’t beat the convenience of Elua Village. It is right next to resorts and has a pool right on the beach. It also has its own private beach (Ulua Beach). The property did not have function AC unit when we arrived and unit was 80-85 degrees for two days until the PM fixed it. I was disappointed because this seems like a normal thing to check before your guests arrive. The unit is nice and clean and feels great to stay in.
I would definitely recommend this place! The grounds are beautifully manicured throughout the entire property, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. It's not crowded like a typical hotel, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The pool area by the beach is lovely, and I especially enjoyed my morning walks—so calming, with gorgeous scenery all around. The location in Wailea is perfect—within walking distance to the Shops at Wailea, where you can find groceries and great restaurants. The house itself is ideal for a family vacation. The bed was incredibly comfortable—it felt like staying at a 5-star hotel! The home came stocked with beach towels and chairs, and the space was more than enough for our family. Vacation-Maui was also great to work with—communication was clear and easy, with all the details we needed for check-in and check-out. We had a wonderful time and I would absolutely return!

Location is perfect! Short walk to the beach, pools and pickle ball court. A few minutes walk or drive to shopping and dining. View was lovely.
What a great way to enjoy beautiful Wailea with family. This well stocked and spacious condo has everything you need. So great to spend the day exploring and then come back to the beautiful beach to unwind. Having the option to eat in for some meals is a big plus!
We had a great time for 17 nights at this condo. It looks better than in the photos. The management was very responsive and helpful. They service was beyond our expectations. The location of this property is the best in Wailea. Highly recommend for families!!!

We had an amazing stay at Elua 805. The place was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. They were very accommodating to our party of 7 including a pack and play for our little guy and they converted the twin beds into kings for us. Laura, the housekeeper was an amazing surprise service. The cherry on top was being greeted by Leis at the airport. We hope to make it a tradition!! Mahalo
With 5 kids, getting to the beach and pool needed to be easy. And it is from this condo! Eula has a private beach as well as 2 pools. Kids were happy, parents were happy!
Family stayed in three bedroom, 2 bath condo in center of the complex -- ideal location to walk everywhere -- the beach, shops, restaurants, two pools, jacuzzi, etc in an amazingly quiet complex. BBQ on back deck perfect for cookouts, with a front lanai used for morning coffee gazing out at the beach and for night time cocktails gazing out at the sunsets and night time stars. Fully equipped kitchen kept in immaculate kitchen, safe easy parking, and washer/dryer inside so no need to pack more than you need! The owners take care of this place and are proud of it. So will you when you stay. What more could you ask for?
