Really enjoyed our stay great place and location for a great value and many benefits. View was amazing and the unit was clean and family friendly. Even with the road nearby it was quiet and enjoyable. Great mornings watching the moon set and evening eating dinner and watching the sunset. The host was quick to respond and resolve an issue with infant accommodations. Only downside would be that the A/C units do struggle to cool down the unit, mostly ended up using fans to pull air through the condo which is a little warmer than we had hoped but matches the beach vibes.
We had a lovely vacation in this unit. It was quiet and had everything we needed. The owner was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay in this unit again. The owner also gave us ideas for places to go on the island.
It was great. Only constructive criticism: there wasn’t a cutting board, I looked all over. Made cutting the pineapple a little difficult. Also, would suggest a luggage rack or two.
Truly a perfect experience. Alice’s home is well stocked and well placed in Maui. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay, and highly responsive. And the view! Book now, you won’t regret.
Lots of walking and wandering the island. We did a great hike and just had a good time.
A wonderful place to stay in the south Kihei area, great views and quick access to the beach. The places was clean and spacious, the two of us were plenty comfy for the week. Close to lots of great food and easy access to the rest of the island.
We had a love stay here. It had everything we needed. The beach equipment and toys were a nice touch. We have two littles so having a crib was a huge help and we were able to let them play on the lanai.

My wife and I had a great stay with our infant. The property had ample space and amazing ocean views. We could see the sunset from the patio. Everything was as advertised.
Alice was incredibly helpful and responsive, she went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We’d definitely stay here again!
Great location , ideal for what we wanted . Very spacious and clean . Although we only made breakfast some mornings , I was really impressed with the quality of the kitchen utensils , so clean and new , something we have never seen in other VRBO properties . The owner really takes care of this place . Overall everything was perfect .

Everything was great, the daybed in the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view is incredible! We had an incredible week staying here, I’d definitely book with Alice again, hopefully soon.
Gorgeous view! Whale watching from the lanai or even from the queen size bed in the main area. Beautiful and very comfortable space in a great location.
Staying at Alice’s place was amazing, the location couldn’t be beat! We travelled here with our 16 month old, so we wanted a place that would be enjoyable during nap and bedtime, and this was it! Ground level access was great for our son to run around on the lawn, and it was amazing being able to watch whales splashing around and the beautiful sunsets from our lanai. We were able to walk to all the beaches close by, as well as to our favourite sandwich shop, 808 Deli. Alice has plenty of beach gear including chairs, umbrella, cooler, kids toys, fins, snorkels, beach towels and more! The kitchen is also well stocked. Alice was very accommodating and easy to communicate with, but also respected our privacy while there. We certainly plan on returning as soon as we can! Thanks Alice!
We enjoyed our stay in Alice's condo very much. The view was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the lanai enjoying that view. Communication with the owner was enjoyable. We don't have any issues to report; it was a great vacation and we hope we can stay again in this same unit someday.
If you need a place for 1 to 4 people in South Maui, then skip this review and just book Alice's condo. It has everything you need.
PROS
1- Great location. 5 min to golf, shopping and nightlife. 2 min walk to the oceanside park, and 5 min walk to the beach
2- Parking right by front door
3- Fabulous views from the lanai. Alice's pics don't do it justice
4- Condo loaded with almost every amenity you could think of: beach chairs, coolers, koozies, and a turbo powered box fan
5- Bookshelf loaded with 3 or 4 rows of books, and a drawer with puzzles and board games
6- Extra large map of Maui came in handy
7- Secluded front porch for drying swimsuits and rinsing off sand from places it shouldn't be
8- Washer and dryer were really handy.
9- Adequate AC (rarely needed)
CONS
1- We did have a noisy family stay in above us for a few days. We could occasionally hear them stomping, but it never impacted our sleep
2- The condo assoc has a lot of rules. Some make sense, while others seem odd, like no pickle ball on the tennis courts.
3- On two nights, we had someone park in our spot. Security wrote them a warning on the second night and that ended the issue
I leave cons in every review. As you can see, these are really minor. We are definitely going to book Alice's condo if we stay in Maui again.
Suggestions:
1- A few more modern games would be nice, like "Just One"
2- A pad of paper and a pen to take notes and make a grocery list. Easily acquired at the store though.

Well equipped kitchen and great selection of beach stuff. Unit is a bit dated.
Absolutely perfect. Beautiful grounds ,the entire condo property is so clean and like a mini jungle. We really enjoyed all the birds, listening and watching them were so fun. Comfortable and just overall a great space. Everything was clean and cozy. There is plenty of room to stretch out and you can enjoy the outside as much as inside the condo. Amenities, we enjoyed using the fully equipped kitchen as well as the beach gear. The pools are also clean and kept up well. Location was perfect. You will find beaches, food truck corrals, and shopping options as close as 2 minutes away. Communication with the host was easy and straight forward. And last but not least - Sunsets. Breathtaking view while you sit on the patio or from inside, the palms and plants make a lovely frame .
Ocean was right across the street. Close to Wailea and Makena. Pool was great
Loved the groundfloor access..lush patio area, view, spaciousness, well equipped beyond need, easy parking, 2 perfect pool settings, barbecue spot access, quietness, easy beach access, the condo,s hawaiian motif, and overall laid back atmosphere. Alice is an excellent communicater..no issues at all.
