It was our first time to the islands and I have nothing but good things to say about either this unit, the property manager or HawaiiLife. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay in HI. This condo was bright and spacious. I loved the open concept that brought everyone together in a central place, but it had the loft and bedroom spaces for privacy. It is well stocked and the communication and customer service was excellent!

We are a family of 4. Two adult children that rented this location for about 10 days. We really enjoyed everything in Kihei and the Property. The Unit was excellent and the property had everything we needed. Everything was great and would recommend to anyone. The only reason we will not be renting this unit again is it is too close to the busy road of Kihei. Our tradition is always to gather on the deck in the morning for coffee and just too much road noise for our liking. You do not hear inside the unit but our quiet morning coffee in the morning is very important to us. We are coming back to Kihei in 2024 but staying at another location.
Stayed here in October for 10 days and the central location makes for the perfect base for travelling around the island. It’s a fairly short drive to and from the airport. Easy parking. Beautiful grounds and although this unit is located further from the parking lot, that has its perks such as being somewhat quieter and being super close to the public sidewalk access gate. This is a good place for families and people who like to drive and aren’t super into walking places. There’s not much that is walking distance here but access to the highway is super easy.
Be aware though that the lofted sleep space hears everything going on downstairs in the living room and kitchen…seems obvious to some but maybe not to others.
Also, the unit itself is just as beautiful as the pictures. Our host was super communicative and everything was super easy. Would stay again :)
The condo itself was immaculate and perfectly appointed. Very comfortable. Parking was super easy, had to walk around from the lot to the unit--perhaps a 1.5 minute walk (at kid leg speed). Not a ton in the neighborhood in the way of shops/restaurants to walk to (that's a bit farther south) but since it's all very driving-friendly it wasn't an issue.

The property was beautiful and updated. The condo was very clean and had a wonderful welcome. The lights and tv were on, curtains were open to see the views out the windows, multiple products to use during our stay, which was very useful since we got sun burned. We had a great experience and the home was lovely.

Pros:
The unit was spacious, clean, and quiet. The pool was perfect for my family. My children are 8 and 10. It had the deep end for swimming and the shallow end for playing. The location was great. Close to the beach, but easily drivable to just about anywhere on the island. Most toiletries were included and of good quality... toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed, including oil and spices. It also came with beach amenities...beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, coolers. We also requested sand toys, and they were at the front door when we arrived.
Cons: It was miserably hot in the condo when we arrived. Being from New England, our bodies were not quite adjusted to the heat. It was fine once the unit cooled down. We had an issue with ants in the loft upstairs. There was ant bait under the kitchen sink for immediate use. I did contact the manager and she sprayed the next day. I updated her that the issue hadn't completely resolved and she immediately sent an exterminator. We were pleased with the response.
There were a few issues with some electrical. There was limited lighting in the kitchen. The lights over the stove and sink weren't working and the overall light in the kitchen just wasn't enough to help that. There was also an issue with the fan in the downstairs bedroom. It was difficult to control the light and fan at the same time. The light would turn on randomly in the middle of the night if the overhead fan was on. On our first day, we also encountered a dying rat on the way to the pool. Maintenance does a great job on the grounds. I'm sure this was part of an exterminator plan for the condos. It was just a little disturbing to me and my kids.
I would say that the pros FAR outrun the cons. We really did enjoy our time here and were sad to leave. I just wanted to be honest and upfront.
The only other thing I'd like to mention...In all of my research of Hawaii I never once saw that this was an issue. If you plan to go to the beach near the condo, you really need to go first thing in the morning until about noon. Once the trade winds kick in, you just can't sit on the beach. My poor family got sandblasted to the point that my children were crying. We ended up spending the rest of the day at the pool.

We were two couples traveling together in Maui. This was the perfect gathering space to talk about our day's adventures. Very clean and has plenty of amenities. Not right on the beach, but close to everything! Would definitely stay again.
