Beautiful view, comfy beds, nice kitchen
Property was as expected and listed. Quiet stay, pool and hot tub were almost empty in the later afternoons and grills/kitchen were available poolside.Condo was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies (no spare condiments or foods). The property had five beach chairs and umbrella that came in handy. Overall a great stay!
Awesome location for easy access to the whole island
Overall property was good but only negative thing was the fact the AC broke the first night. We had no AC the whole week we stayed so it was very hot and miserable. My wife ended up breaking out in heat rash throughout the week & I had to go buy medications.
We contacted property manager and they sent someone who brought a portable AC that we had to keep downstairs. They said someone would come a few days later to fix the AC but no one ended. However, it didn’t matter because it was towards the end of our stay.
Overall, the property itself was good. It was very clean. The fans were just dusty and needed to be cleaned when we had to use it. Right next to the ocean and close to a lot of food places. Just with the AC wasn’t an issue.
Sometimes listings are a little off or a lot. This condo was spot on. Priced right and very clean. The furniture was updated. Linens were as well. The condo was equipped with everything needed for a great stay in Maui. Also a great location for families on the run. Close to harbor activities. 45 minutes to north Maui and and hour from valcano, and 20 minutes to airport. Couch and beds clean. Great value and we didn’t talk to my perfect vacations folks much but when we did they were helpful as well. Hot tub and pool are also great. Turtles out on beach every morning. Water was choppy in March and there are better beaches close by to swim but still great beach access.
Luana Kai is a beautiful relaxing place. The pool area is clean and the water is crystal clear. We sat by the pool and relaxed in between beach adventures. They have bbqs and a little kitchen available also. The condo was nice. One room had two single beds which we didn't use. It was just my husband and I. The upstairs bedroom has a king size bed which was very comfortable and a huge walk in shower. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. They have beach chairs, a small ice chest and bath size beach towels. The condo is on the 3rd floor so you will have to do some climbing. I figured the stairs balanced out the delicious desserts. There are many restaurants stores and beaches very close by. We had a wonderful time.
Amazing vacation! The condo was absolutely perfect! Very clean and comfortable! It had absolutely everything we needed for our incredible Maui vacation! The grounds were beautiful and the views from our lanai were stunning!! The location was excellent for everything we wanted to see and do! We will definitely be back!!!
