This property was amazing. So much space! We had a group of 23 and we were not crowded at all!! It was super clean and beautiful. Very close to excellent snorkeling beaches! We loved the property and the manager was wonderful! Very responsive and helpful!!
Absolutely perfect! This property was everything we needed and more! The house was so well appointed and the property managers were more than accommodating. The location is convenient to exploring the entire West side. Larger families should not think twice about booking. It’s the perfect place to have quality time together but also recharge in a very private room suite!
We had an absolutely amazing stay at this vacation rental! The property offered private access to the beach—while there wasn’t much sand for lounging, the snorkeling was incredible. The house itself was spacious and well thought out, with 11 rooms, each featuring its own bathroom, air conditioning, balcony, and mini fridge.It truly had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay, from beach towels and pool floats to a well-stocked kitchen complete with spices. There were even two refrigerators (one in the kitchen and another by the BBQ area), plus both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. The views from the kitchen were simply stunning.We had a large group of 27 people, and we never once felt crowded—the layout and size of the home made it perfect for groups. It was honestly one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.One thing to note: there are quite a few stairs to climb daily, especially to access the kitchen, so this might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. That said, the location couldn’t have been better—walking distance to a park, coffee shop, store, and restaurants.I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a beautiful, spacious place to enjoy a memorable vacation!

The property was great, it provided each of our Five Sons and their children plenty of space with privacy in each of their rooms! The pool was our only disappointment, but that wasn’t a problem because everyone headed to the beaches to swim, snorkel and build sand castles! Great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary with all 26 of us!
This house is amazing!! It was perfect because everyone can have their own space but there are also large gathering spaces available. The gym was a great added bonus. Lots of turtles in the ocean by the house. Good places to eat within walking distance.
This house was perfect for our family of 27! The beach out front was such a blessing for the little ones, but I suggest water shoes as the rocks are sharp around that area and several of us cut our feet. The house is centrally located to other beaches and good snorkeling locations, although the snorkeling from the beach in front of the house was also great - we saw sea turtles, eels, fish and even a seal! The kitchen is on the 4th floor, which means you have quite a few stairs to climb, so just make note of that. Myra was very attentive and I recommend this home!
I was here for a family reunion, and we had an amazing time! Our host was so helpful; she greeted us when we arrived and gave us a full tour. All of the rooms were well appointed clean and very roomy. No one was disappointed with their space... The property was four stories tall so if anyone had a mobility issue, this could be a problem… The only thing missing was an elevator, but besides that it was an amazing stay, and I would highly recommend to anyone with a larger group..

This was a hotel turned into a home. Each room was huge and I loved that every room had a bathroom as well as its own AC unit. The beds were super comfortable with high quality sheets and pillows. We loved playing on the beach which was literally steps away from the home and watching the sunset (we even saw a few whales). There were also lots of sea turtles that hung out in the water so we’d get excited every time one popped its head out. We had a group of 22 people ranging in age from their 60’s down to 2 and everyone had an amazing time.
We had a fantastic time! Everything was even better than we expected. We only wish we’d had a little more sunshine
Everything about our stay was wonderful. The house is actually better than what you see from the pictures online. Location is perfect. The best part, though, are the hosts. Myra and Andrew were so nice and accommodating. If you are considering this property, I promise that you will not regret it. I hope we get another opportunity to stay here again.
This place is STUNNING! The location, the views, the rooms, the beach, the private pool.
Great location between Kaanapali and Kapalua. Private sleeping quarters, media room, gym, nice top floor communal area with a view of the ocean. Watched whales breach from inside the house. Sea turtles on the beach. There are lots of stairs, but as long as you are able to climb them it’s not an issue. Would definitely recommend for those traveling with a large group.
MAUI VILLA REVIEW – DECEMBER 2024Our family of 19, ranging in age from 7 to 82, enjoyed a once-in-a-lifetime vacation at this stunning Lahaina villa in December 2024. The on-island hosts, Leanna and Myra, welcomed us with a tour and were readily available throughout our stay.The villa exceeded all expectations. With room for 32 guests, each suite featured king beds, sectional couches, private bathrooms, and fridges (except the cozy top-floor room). The open layout was ideal for our family, especially for our 7- and 8-year-old grandchildren.We loved the spacious top-floor kitchen with two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, and ample seating, plus a festive Christmas tree. The pool, large barbecues, and stocked beach essentials, including chairs, toys, and towels, made our stay seamless and enjoyable.Our granddaughter summed it up best: her favorite part was being together under one roof. This villa provided the perfect backdrop for unforgettable memories and exceeded every expectation!
All in all just a perfect location to host and relax.
My husband wanted to have his close friends under 1 roof to celebrate his 50th and this place was perfect! We had 23 people and it was great that couples could have their own master bedroom and we could all come together on the 4th floor! The rooms are spacious and beautiful! Highly recommend!
Oklahoma and Georgia golf teams stayed there together and it was perfect. Plenty of room and fun to all be together in one house.
Great place to stay with a large group. Place presented just like the pictures. We had 20 adults and 12 kids ranging from 3 months to 13 years in our group. Everyone had more than enough space and privacy when needed.
The management group was quick and attentive to all of our needs/requests.
The kids didn't want to leave, The group can't wait to come back.
After staying here for a 3rd time, I decided to leave a review. This is such a fantastic home in the best location on Maui. We LOVE having the private beach in our own backyard, plenty of space to gather as a family with privacy in the bedrooms if we want it. The teens work out in the fitness center, the kids play in the pool and the adults lay out on the beach, all without leaving! Thank you so much
The location was great for our family. The “house” is a cleverly crafted makeover of a motel with an addition of a spacious kitchen, living room, and penthouse bedroom on the third floor. The bedrooms are configured in an open air hallway situation. The pool is a nice place for family connection. The beach is only accessible during low tide but the water is great!
This house is as advertised, it is very nice, lots of rooms for everyone to be comfortable. The lanai area is very nice and spacious. Short walk to the ocean. Nice pool. Kitchen and family room are very nice. The only issue is that it is a lot of stairs. Constantly up and down from family room to lanai on 1st floor is taxing. If you have a large group this house is great. The host staff was very responsive to any questions or issues. We were in contact with Myra long before our stay and she was always accomodating.
After traveling to Hawaii for over 20 years, we have finally found the home that can accommodate our whole family, kids, grand kids and more! The home not only accommodated the whole family, it do so in luxury. At times, we wondered why we had rented a car, the property has basically its own private beach and swimming pool. We spent each evening sitting on the sand enjoying the sunset. The estate is professionally staffed, managed and is in immaculate condition. Thank you for the memories

Perfect fit for our family of 26! Not much beach from our walk way to the beach at high tide but turtle watching made up for it. There was a very nice public beach a five minute walk from our place. We ate most of our meal in the place. There was everything we needed for our family meals. There is a Costco close to the airport which we stopped at for our grocery run and a Safeway within ten minutes of our place.
On a scale of 1-10 how would I rate the place and our stay 14. We’d go back in a heartbeat!
We had 7 of our children and their spouses come with us to Maui for a family vacation. The home gave plenty of space to eat and socialize and also our own individual bedrooms.
You couldn't ask for a better space to host a large group. Even with 20 adults and a bunch of kids it never felt crowded. One of the favorite spots to hangout on the property is the ground floor where there is a large covered and uncovered area, as well as the pool. Our kids loved searching for Geckos and spending time in the pool, which is fenced just like the rest of the property.
Parking is good for about 4 vehicles, but there is usually some street parking available if you exceed this limit.
The hosts are very responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we were well taken care of. They even tracked down extra pack n plays and highchairs for our visit as we had a number of small children. There is a good amount of beach equipment at the house, but there is not a lot of kids toys, so if you have young ones you may want to bring your own.
With a private pool and beach, and the ability to walk to nearby restaurants, this is an amazing home. I can't imagine anyone who stays here would have amything but good things to say about it!
I came with my group of around 30 and we had such a lovely time! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and we all enjoyed the closeness to the beach. Also, the host were very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Maui!
First, the property: it is more amazing than the listing/pictures can possibly project. Our family visit included 7 adult couples - each of them enjoyed a private master suite of type and quality one would expect of a top-tier luxury hotel. The suites are spread across three floors, all of which are above a bottom floor with laundry, swimming pool, outdoor bar-b-q set-up, and more-than-adequate space for lounging or (as we did) having a formal meal outdoors in a beautiful tropical setting. The top (fourth) floor, is called the penthouse, and is where the kitchen and living rooms are located. With views of the ocean and space for more people than we had gathered, it is a wonderful gathering/sharing/socializing place. All of this is just steps away from a private beach, where we went swimming and snorkeling and saw sea turtles and many fish. The utility room is abundantly supplied with gear, making it both convenient and comfortable. Adequate off-street parking for 4 vehicles, and location between Kaanapali and Kapalua could not be more convenient.
The owner and property managers were professional and friendly, checking in periodically by text to see if we needed anything. This is a VERY special property that is, itself, a paradise set in paradise. Lifetime memories were created during our trip, and they were made possible by the opportunity to stay in this magnificent property.
