The view from the lanai is incredible in person. Spent a short 3 day stay with my brother for his first visit to Hawaii, and this condo is absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed for afternoons on the beach (a quick, maybe 5 min walk down the street), and everything we needed inside. The bathroom is gorgeous, kitchen well stocked with cookware, and everything was super clean when we arrived. My brother used the bedroom and had no complaints about his sleep, and I used the pull out sofa in the living room. It was surprisingly comfortable for being a basic sleeper.Instructions for check in made getting settled easy, parking was very convenient, and the condominium complex was great. The location, the private street to the rear parking, and the quietness of the place was amazing. Melissa was a very kind host and awesome to communicate with both through Vrbo and email. I can't say enough good things about the lanai. The birds you hear singing in the morning are incredible, and it's everything you want in an ocean view. The lounging furniture is an awesome touch and was well enjoyed. I'll definitely be booking some stays here in the future!*we rented an EV for our trip, and there are charging stations at the Maui Coast Hotel one street over, so parking to charge a vehicle and walking back is convenient.
To start out with, Melissa was a wonderful host and so helpful and responsive with messages. The location of this condo is perfect for literally everything. There are so many places to eat and shop at, plus the beach is just a walk down the street. One of our favorite stops was the gelato shop in the street next to the condos. It’s hard to want to leave the lanai when you can just sit out there all day and watch the sunrise, sunset and just watch the ocean. The washer and dryer are a plus as well. We would absolutely love to stay here again if we are lucky enough to secure dates! Mahalo, Melissa for everything
Beautiful spot with a fantastic balcony view. Minutes walk away from multiple beautiful beaches. Great condo complex as well.
We think that the photos don’t show how great the view was from the lanai: incredible sunset every night with the palm threes and the sea and also a dreamy mystic view of the Haleakala on the left in the morning. We took our morning coffee and prepared our day on the lanai every day.
The place was really clean and also bigger than we thought: quite enought place to let the sofa bed open and the double air mattress in place during the day. Each of my teenagers qas happy to have his own bed.
Very easy acces to a enjoyable beach, little shops and 900 meters from the surf class area.
Well located if you want to go around the Island.

Was just an overall great location and great condo to stay at. next time in Maui we will stay there again.
We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s condo in Kihei. The place was very clean, spacious and offered a spectacular view of the ocean from a terrific lanai. Shops and restaurants were well within walking distance and the beach even closer. The entire complex was really nice - pool, hot tub and sauna - quiet and very peaceful. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place in Kihei area and are looking for some real rest and relaxation.

Love the location, away from road noise. The condo is spacious and has a view to die for. We spent every morning watching the sunrise over Haleakala, followed by a swim up and back on Kam I Charley Young beach. Great way to start the day! I turned 65 while here. Best birthday, ever!
The condo itself was way prettier in person than in the pictures. The view was great and felt private on the balcony. The only thing was the water filter pitcher broke but the tap water was really good- I usually drink bottle water. There weren’t any Tupperware but we got creative and put plates on top of the bowls for storage. Make sure to bring your own travel soap when you first come. It looks like people leave things there when they leave but you never know. We loved the whole place, and the in unit washer and dryer was so nice and saved time. The atmosphere of the place is really Beachy and Hawaiian. We didn’t use the beach gear you provided but we wanted to. We would come back again for sure. Thanks for having other kitchen supplies such as oil and seasonings and giving us Landry detergent and dishwasher soap.
At first I was disappointed that we were up and away from the beach, but then realized just how peaceful the condo is. With the empty lot next to the building, many times the only things to be heard were birds, and they made it sound like a jungle! We spent many hours out on the lanai relaxing and reading and also had dinner while watching the sunsets. The kitchen has all we needed for our minimal cooking endeavors, and the place was furnished with all we could have needed. The bed was very comfortable and we appreciated the fans. On hot days we could open the front door and the sliding glass door to get a lovely breeze going through the condo to keep it comfortable. Though the pool was close by, there was never enough noise to be a bother. The pool is beautifully tiled and quite private. Several great restaurants are within a short walking distance, as is an ice cream shop. Why drive when you can walk, right? The beach is just across the main street and was never crowded. Almost every day we planned an outing to explore what Maui has to offer, and the condo was located to conveniently head out on our little adventures. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was a plus! If we ever plan another trip to Maui, we'll consider renting this condo again.
