The condo was very nice, location was excellent and the amenities in the complex great.The only minor niggle was that the airco was old and noisy but we only had it on during the first day and after that relied on just running the fans and having the patio door open for fresh air.Altogether a very enjoyable place to stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this place, just a 3-minute walk from beautiful Kamaole Beach. The area is peaceful and still very close to Wailea. The apartment stays comfortably cool thanks to its shaded orientation. The full kitchen was a great bonus, and the property management team was incredibly considerate and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient Maui experience!
Great location and lovely grounds. The unit was advertised as renovated and the kitchen had been but the bathroom and bedroom showed their age. Small things like a well-worn shower head, counter top and vanity in the bathroom and dirty window blind; dusty lamp shades in the bedroom were off-putting. The ad was therefore misleading.The complex is built on a hillside and there are many small flights of stairs leading from the parking to the unit depending on which unit is yours. The elevator helps get you to different levels but then you’re on your own. If you have mobility issues beware.The management company for this unit was excellent and very responsive. No complaints there.
We were pleasantly surprised at how well-equipped the kitchen was. The wall-length floor-to-ceiling windows include a huge screened section that creates a wonderful cross breeze from the front door screen. The pictures online are an accurate representation. We stayed 10 days, enjoyed many restaurants and the beach.
We loved our stay here in Kihei! This condo was in the perfect location, just a short walk from the beach. Kihei is a nice relaxing area, and the condo complex is located within walking distance of many great restaurants as well as the beach. Everything in the condo was as shown. The A/C is a little loud, but weather was nice enough to open the doors for a nice breeze and leave the a/c off most of the time. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again!
I loved this place. We have stayed at a lot of places on Maui and this one was my favorite. It’s in the perfect location
Property was clean and well maintained. Only concern was distance from parking and miscommunication on parking registration. No parking passes available however left a note in the box and did not have any issues so guess that worked!
The location is ideal with shops and the beach within steps.
Clean and well maintained. Great location. Close to beach, local shops and coffee house. Would have liked to have a second air conditioning unit in the bedroom, but overall great experience. Nice amenities. Pool small but recently renovated.
The condo was very nice everything was just as ad said it was, the only thing that was a draw back is all the stairs to climb to get to the unit, was good for us kept us in shape, but maybe something to mention in discription of the unit.
This was a nice condo in a great neighborhood walking distance to a lot of great beaches, shops, and restaurants. The condo would be great for a couple. We went with our two kids, and while there is plenty of space, the pull out couch is not comfortable and the AC unit in the living space is loud. There is also a series of stairs to get to the condo which can be a pain with kids and all of your gear.
The Condo location to the ocean, pool area and grounds are excellent and well maintained. The Condo itself provided everything we needed for our stay however it does need a cleaning/paint refresh and some minor repairs. The Kitchen was updated and well equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Kihei.
