Great location, out of the fray of Kekei and right at Wailea. Beautiful views great for whale watching and fabulous sunsets. The big inside of the unit has been totally refurbished with all of the creature comforts you could need as well as beach equipment. Walk across the street to the Kehei boat ramp area and see lots of turtles. Stay here, you will not be disappointed
We were there for six weeks and loved every minute. We would highly recommend this spot and we have stayed at multiple rentals around the island. The view is incredible and it is very quiet with all the amenities you need. Plenty of room to spread out. We had two friends visit for a few days and our son come for a week but the rest of the time it was just the two of us. It's more than enough room for two and perfect for a family. Just know the second bedroom is a large bedroom and bath upstairs as essentially a loft that is open on one side with the downstairs living room below so not total privacy. This is a luxurious rental and has more amenities than any other rental I have experienced. Well equipped kitchen, incredibly comfortable beds with bathrooms in each of 2 bedrooms, functional laundry and dishwasher, room full of snorkeling equipment, fantastic beach chairs, coolers, even a water bottle and to go cups. The community pool and hot tub is great and the location is fantastic. Right across from the Kihei boat launch. We walked across the street to go on an amazing whale watching trip. Great location to enjoy all the pleasures of Maui. About 25 minutes from the airport, 45 minutes to the West side of the island for hiking, seeing the blowhole and other sights. We did a guided tour to Hana and were picked up right at the unit and a bike ride after sunset on the volcano. We had guides which was great as they had vehicles in front and behind us so we could bike in the lane without worrying about traffic. The beaches across the street are some of the best on the island and there are restaurants galore. Don't miss the South Kihei Fish Company as they have the best Poke in town. We also enjoyed the Thai place and the Paia Fish Company. We took a 45 minute drive to Mala Ocean Tavern in Lahaina which is was the best meal of the 2 week trip. High end, expensive and worth it! RIght on the water and watching the sunset. We scheduled for 4:30 pm so we could enjoy the sunset.

This condo delivers everything that it promises and more. It was a little more than we've paid in the past, but well worth it. The location is perfect, and the nightly sunset views from the lanai spectacular.
This was the 4th or 5th time we have stayed in a KM condo. This condo is one of those closest to the beach with a good view. The amenities were not a great as the other condos we have rented so the value was not as good.
What could be better than watching whales breach, rainbows, palm trees, warm breezes, and sunsets all from the lanai? We stayed in building A and enjoyed all of those and more. The grounds are well kept, the pool and barbecue areas are very nice also. Our entire stay was quiet and relaxing. It's just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. If I were returning to Maui I would definitely consider staying here again.
Very well stocked kitchen and overall very clean and roomy. Lots of beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels and lots more!!
