Great location, resort/condo has everything you need. Would stay again!
My family stayed here for just over a week and loved it. They have games for the kids and so much beach stuff for all of us to use we had to rent nothing. Fully stalked and so close to the beach. The pool is right next door as well. Thanks Joy and Matt!

We stayed 8 nights and everything was great!
Three of of stayed at this wonderful location. We could walk across the street for endless beach and snorkel time at a variety of nearby beaches. We even walked to the boat launch for our whale watching trip. Shops and restaurants were close enough too. We managed the 10 days without a rental car. Used Uber for airport transfers and one day of adventure to Ho'okipa beach & Paia . Other than that we rented bikes to explore the locality and made it as far as Big Beach to the south, and Sugar Beach to the north.The condo was extremely roomy and perfectly equipped with all the beach gear imaginable. We used the ground floor lanai for exercising in the mornings and for all our meals. The kitchen had most of the basics, but we made do without salt and pepper. The bed and bedding was perfectly comfortable. The condo gardens are spectacular, and the pool area was perfect. Just the right blend of sun and shade for lounging and swimming. Books and puzzles from the games room were nice to have. There is a tradition that every evening at 5:30 residents walk down to the field at Kamaole III to watch the sunset. It was so nice we did it every day. I heartily recommend this condo as it was one of the very best places I've ever stayed.

We loved Matt and Joy's place! It is close to the beach, pool and restaurants. We were travelling with our toddler (almost 2 years old) and the condo had everything we needed for her (pack and play, plastic wear, even kids utensils). We used the beach cart almost daily and it was a life saver as we trucked our daughter and all of her beach gear back and forth. Definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful stay at Joy and Matt’s unit. The unit is clean, comfy and homey. The unit is well-stocked, including towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even a collapsible wagon.
Our favorite thing was the very secluded lanai. Even though we were in a 400+ unit complex, Joy and Matt’s lanai is very private. We loved eating out on the lanai.
Joy was very quick to respond to questions and was very accommodating.
A wonderful stay, and we hope to get back soon.
We had the best stay at this condo! It was perfect for us and our two children. It had everything we needed, all the right upgrades (big tv's in the living room and bedroom with all the streaming apps), loved the ground floor corner location where the kids could run out and play on the grass. There was everything we needed for days at the beach (boogie boards, umbrella, chairs, wagon to tote it all). This was our first time at Kamaole Sands - it was awesome, the pool was great, loved the hottubs and the covered family game area where our kids loved to play ping pong & foosball. Communication was great with the owners - we will stay here again hands down!
