We had a great time here in Maui, and staying here was part of the reason why our trip was amazing. We would recommend it to anyone coming here. Affordable, clean, and felt like home away from home. We had no complaints with everything provided. It was great to have beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and a cooler for the many times we went to the beach. We'll definitely be back!
My family, including my wife, and young adult children enjoyed a wonderful week in this unit. It is very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. It was spacious for five of us, even though we did not spend much time inside. The view is great, and there is not road noise at this unit. The walk to Kam III beach is about three minutes. The location in South Kihei is great, as the beaches get better in Kihei the further south you go. Will definitely try to rent here again!
Property was clean and as described. The location was very close to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. Had a great time!
This was our fourth visit to Kamaole Sands. This unit was very clean, well equipped and comfy beds and furnishings. Heidi was very easy to deal with and very responsive to any questions we had. We love Kamaole Sands for the close proximity to Kamaole Beach 3 and this unit was close enough for us to be able to walk to the beach everyday. We loved the view from the lanai and spent all our time there when back at the condo. The lawns and grounds are very well taken care of, we never used the pool are but the laughter coming from the pool area sounds like it was great too.
I would definitely stay in Heidi’s condo again.
Very clean, fresh, new feel-lovely decor! Comfy beds! Loved the beautiful view from deck and gorgeous courtyard. Beach across the road was very nice, as well as, restaurant choices nearby. Great location for day trips and airport as well. Host was great at communicating too. Loved everything about the place!
Great stay, other than some ongoing construction. Hopefully it is done soon!
overall a fantastic experience. great communication, beautiful condo and surrounding complex, great location just across from beach. beach so nice for swimming snorkeling and sunsets. highly recommend!!
Right across from Kam 3 beach. Large windows overlooking the grounds in living room and main bedroom. Unit was clean and looked like quite new carpet in bedrooms. Patio also over looking the grounds and able to see ocean. Pool was a little chilly, but the kids didn’t complain. We woul book this unit again.
We had a great time here. The property was in great condition and is in a perfect location. The pool was very close by, and a great beach is across the street. Not far from the airport and all the other places we wanted to see (Wailea, Haleakalā). A lot of great places to eat in Kihei, including awesome food trucks! The complex was generally pretty quiet. We also really appreciated that the host gave us a late checkout on our last day so that we could enjoy the beach one last time before our evening flight. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Kihei area!
This place was almost perfect, except that it had one of those metal framed pullout beds that offers no support, with bars and springs poking you. Thank goodness there was a foam topper which, laid on top of the couch cushions which were arranged on the floor, was reasonably comfortable for 2 of our 6 adults.
All the beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, paddle boards, snorkel gear, sand toys - everything you need in the closet.
