Great location. Full size bed in bedroom. Shower heads were a little low and the showers ran out of hot water quickly.
I had to leave early, but while there: perfect! Slept so well in the comfy bed. I liked that one can leave the front door open for a nice cooling effect, while keeping the screen door locked. Have only stayed at two other locations on Kihei--this one has been the best!

We had a lovely stay! The unit is well stocked and has everything you need. It felt more updated compared to other Kam Sands rental condos. Yvette was proactive with communication before check in and check in was seamless. We would 100% stay again!

A well-appointed, well-located unit with SUPER great communication.We've stayed at Kamaole Sands at least 15 times over the years.It is our go-to for the location to the beaches and diving charters we like to take. This unit is the typical layout, one bedroom, two bath and a lanai. The amenities included (surprisingly) laundry detergent and dryer sheets and the first aid kit in the kitchen was VERY complete (even a set of false eyelashes). We have come to really like the ground floor units. At KS the security is great so there's never any worry about break-ins if you're reasonably careful. (One of the big reasons we like the facility.) Communication with Yvette was awesome. Clear, concise and (at times) almost immediate. Thanks for the great stay Yvette!
The unit was perfect for our family of 4. We appreciated the various items for the kids (beach toys, wagon, kids dishes, pack and play). Unit was clean and had everything we needed!
We had a great time here! Yvette was super responsive, and detailed in her communications. Room was clean and comfortable and had a well equipped kitchen. Great restaurants and beaches close by.
We really enjoyed our stay at Yvette’s condo. The location at kamaole sands is perfect- right across the street from kam 3, which is a great beach for small children. The location of the condo is towards the back of the complex, but it is stillConvenient enough to get to the pool. We enjoyed the ground floor. The kids could easily play on the grassy area. It is also close to the bbq’s. Well equipped with baby equipment and beach stuff including a wagon! Yvette was responsive when we asked for more cleaning supplies. We would stay here again.
Great place to stay only steps from the beach. Accessibility to everything and great amenities on the property. Will 100% be back!

This was our first stay at Kamaole Sands although we've been to Maui several times. We would definitely return, as we loved the lush grounds, the amenities like the pickleball courts and the proximity to the beach. We stayed in this unit while our daughter and family were in building 9 and we definitely liked the lightness and brightness of the unit which has had some recent renovations of both bathrooms and flooring.There are only three things that could have made our stay better - the pillows (although several of them) weren't very comfortable. And it would have been lovely if there had been a few welcome items like bottled water in the fridge and just a few snacks or fruit. Our flight arrived at 11 pm and by the time we got our rental car and arrived on site we were not feeling up to going out and looking for food. I know it's not a must to do that but when provided is always appreciated! And we did appreciate the box of chocolate macadamia nuts that were there! The third thing is the neighbors who were often talking loudly by their front door that is close to where our bedroom was; they weren't obnoxious, just loud.We did appreciate the stay and would return!
This was the perfect location for the family. Right across from the beach and easy to access. Yvette was very communicative and very helpful. It made our vacation very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone. We didn’t get to really use any of the amenities, but the pool area looked great and huge. The beach was right across the street, so we didn’t bother with the pool. Staff on site was very nice. Thanks for making our vacation a joy!

Everything you can think of that is needed for a vacation with small children was provided in this unit! We had the most amazing few days not being in a cramped hotel room with a 1 and 3 year old. Spacious condo with all the necessities! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
The condo was immaculate and had all the amenities needed for a perfect stay. Yevette was also a wonderful host and very prompt with communication. We will recommend this spot to others and hope to enjoy the condo again in the future.
We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is clean and bright with modern furnishings. There is nothing we felt like we were missing from home! The sand toys, lifejacket, chairs, cooler and beach umbrella all got put to good use and the wagon was suuuuuch a genius idea to include in the outdoor storage space of the condo! We appreciated all of these things that made our stay so easy and comfortable.
The central location of the condo made swimming in the ocean every morning so easy! The snorkeling to the right hand side of Kamaole III is just amazing. There are many great restaurants and shops within walking distance. The pool was warm and lots of fun for my kids.

Great unit. Super clean. Well stocked and the location is perfect. I’ve stayed in many units in Kamaole Sands over the past 20 years and this is definitely the best one bedroom. The lanai was very secluded and peaceful.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Maui. It was exactly as advertised with close access to the beach and restaurants. There was a little walk to the pool but nothing to worry about. The grounds were very well kept. The area was quiet except for the roosters! Highly recommended.
Condo was in a great location, right across from kamIII beach and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, included beach chairs, towels, toys, etc. Only downside was the pull out sofa/bed, where our kids slept, dipped down quite a bit at the top of the bed. Overall, great stay and would stay here again!
Wonderful ground floor unit, very clean. It was great to have two bathrooms for our teenage girls to use one, and my husband and I to use on suite. Great location and beautiful complex.
Great property. It was very helpful to have baby supplies in the suite so we didn't have to pack extra furniture.
