We stayed here as two couples and had plenty of space. In early March, not having AC in one of the bedrooms wasn’t a big deal—we wouldn’t have used it anyway. We asked to combine the two beds in one of the bedrooms, and it worked great as a king bed. The place was super clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Matt was really helpful and answered all our questions. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to a friend!

Our unit was beautifully updated and spacious. The Murphy bed in the living room was suprisingly very comfortable for our daughter! The extensive beach gear like chairs, umbrellas and cooler were much appreciated and used daily by my family. Kamaole Sands is our favorite to stay at when visiting Maui but this building was one we had not stayed in before. Building 10 is closer to the water and our view did not disappoint. I did not catch when we booked this unit that it did not have an oven and we had already bought groceries that would require an oven. Not a deal breaker and honestly that was on me. But I wanted to mention it in case anyone else rents this unit and prefers to cook some meals in condo versus eating out the whole time. Overall we had a lovely trip and the condo was wonderful. I must also mention that Matt and Tonya of PMI Maui are fantastic to deal with. This is not our first time going through PMI and it won’t be our last. They answer emails and questions promptly and thoroughly. I spoke with Tonya personally a few times with questions. They really go above and beyond, not just in responding quickly, but also just making sure you have everything you need. We will use them again and again and have nothing but praises to sing on the way they run the business and treat their customers.

This place was perfect for pur family of 5. The view was spectacular and the location was perfect. Were were walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Across the street from the beach which was easy to access with all the beach amenities supplied by the condo. 10 minute drive to shopping in the area. The staff that worked there too were very friendly and helpful. Everyone was so nice and welcoming.
My family thoroughly enjoyed this place. I like how we're required to take our shoes off upon entering. This ensured the floors were clean. It looks like the place was recently renovated so it looked modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. I like using the induction stovetop. The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. Having 2 AC units was a must-have. The beach chairs were nice to bring to the beach. Located in south Kehei, it was just a short walk to the beach and a short driving distance to all the restaurants. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

This was our second stay at Kamaole Sands and we knew we loved the location and complex, but the last condo was a bit small for our needs. I scoured the internet for a unit in building 10 and condo 10-214 fit the bill and was everything we needed!! We loved how clean and spacious it felt, the beds were comfortable and the view from the lanai was amazing. The fully stocked kitchen was great, although I do wish the fridge had a built-in water filter. We LOVED the beach gear, especially the wagon to haul it all. We definitely plan to return!

Our rental was clean, modern, and affordable. The check in and out process was flawless, loved the keyless entry so we didn’t have to worry about keycards! Everything we needed and more was in our rental. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach with tennis courts, gym, pool, hot tub and outdoor game area. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Wonderful stay. Beautiful location. Beds were super comfortable. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed and lots of space. View from lanai was amazing; loved drinking coffee legume gazing at the ocean each morning. Amazing sunsets. Beach right across the street. Convenient location. Condo complex was clean and beautiful. We used complex pool and hot tub. Lots of little details like boogie boards, plentiful supply of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing soap, etc. Location, location, location! Would definitely consider staying there again. Welcome treats were a special touch.
We enjoyed our stay at Kamaole Sands 10-214. The condo is well equipped and nicely decorated, the only thing missing is an oven, which could be easily solved with a large toaster oven. This was probably in the description but I missed it. The kitchen is spacious and very well stocked. The lanai is comfortable and the views of the sunset from there are spectacular. The beach right across the street is lovely and the chairs and umbrellas at the condo are a great bonus. We saw turtles every time we were at the beach and enjoyed seeing them at their resting spot near the boat launch. Vacationing on Maui is special.
The positives greatly outweigh the negatives but the lack of an oven and the dust bunnies under the beds and in the corners are a couple of things that could be improved.

I have booked directly with PMI Maui before and they do not disappoint! The pictures of 10-214 were accurate and the view of the ocean from the Lanai provided whale watching right from the condo! Matt is excellent to work with, extremely accommodating. Kamaole Sands is a gated property providing a sense of privacy and security. The large pool and hot tubs were great alternatives to the ocean, plenty of grills (cleaned daily) as well. The flowers and grounds are immaculate - providing a garden setting. With beach chairs provided in the condo, sunsets are just a walk across the street. Kam 2 and 3 are great beaches and Kihei Boat Ramp is a block away for easy access to snorkel and whale watch tours. Coconuts is really close for delicious Mahi fish sandwiches or tacos.

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in while in Kihei. Everything is very modern but comfortable with a cool beach vibe! Easy check in and check out and the resort itself was beautifully maintained with great staff and activities!

Rental process smooth and virtually all completed online. Enjoyed the pool on property and parking was super easy. Quiet at night. Elevator great for those in my party with mobility issues. Loved the availability of beach chairs and towels and cooler. Nice location! Would rent here again!
