Fantastic stay! It was a huge bonus that they beach gear - towels, snorkels, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler. Saved us a ton of money not having to rent or buy it.
Everything was great. We had a minor issue but was resolved. Communication was great
We really enjoyed our vacation and the townhouse for 6 ppl was very convenient. The unit had nice extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear and sand toys. The upper pool area is simply stunning with amazing landscaping, we spent a lot of afternoons there.
Great washer/dryer! Great stay. (Recommend replacing the sofabed, though)
February 2024. We really enjoyed our stay here and it was comfortable for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids. The two youngest kids (6 and 10) slept on some futons that they had available which was better than having them on a pull out couch and they were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic supplies as well as some pantry items that people had left behind (condiments, salt, etc). We also really appreciated the beach toys, chairs, boogie board and snorkel gear that were available to use. The grounds are really nice as well as the pool area. The walk to the beach wasn’t bad (maybe 6-10 min depending on which beach). Kihei is very walker-friendly. This location worked well for us to access all the different places we wanted to see.
I appreciated that this place was a little less pricey than other condos in the same area and I felt like it is a great value if you don’t expect upscale. The photos did make this place look dark but I didn’t really notice this as an issue once I was there. The back patio/lanai is really nice and big with an option for shade. This place was clean and well-maintained although we did have a bit of trouble with bugs near the end of our stay because we had brought a lot of food and there wasn’t much cabinet space to store it all. I think that is just real life in a tropical place :). Washer and dryer HUGE plus!
We came to Hawaii for the first time and were happy to walk into our spacious condo. We arrived very late but were delighted to find a helpful staff on golf cart to show us to our condo. Unfortunately we weren’t in the system yet but he allowed us to proceed. When I turned on the lights in the kitchen I was greeted by many black bugs all over the counter - I learned that these are cockroaches. These are common in Hawaii but still a bit terrifying. There is definitely an issue with these critters in this condo. There were many traps all around and I got good at catching them. Perhaps having a sealed garbage can would help? Condo wasn’t super clean upon arrival and it shows wear and tear eg-lots of stains on carpet Overall we all enjoyed the space - perks - great big bathrooms, several patios, super comfy beds, lots of linens, previous renters leave condiments, spices and even liquor, beach chairs & beach accessories , closeness to the pool was superb and the property staff were lovely. Cleanliness and insect issues were the only downside. We will definitely be back to Maui! Aloha
The unit is close to both pools. Very quiet area of the complex. Two ensuite bathrooms, perfect for 2 couples
What a wonderful and affordable place to stay!
Me and my family stayed in Brian and Anuok's condo in July of 2023. Amazing location, close to beautiful beaches and shops. Condo is very spacious, fully stocked with comfortable beds. It was exactly what we needed at a great price. Brian was easily reached to answer all of my questions. Great place! Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We loved your beautiful home so much. It is clean and beautifully decorated and has anything you could want. We made breakfasts and lunch there every day and enjoyed just relaxing. The beds are comfortable. The gardens in the complex are so beautiful too. We hated to leave. Thank you for sharing your home with us
