A beautiful, quiet and peaceful condo. An amazing view of the ocean and of the sunset from the Lanai. An unexpected surprise. Conveniently located on the edges of Wailea and Kihei. We appreciated the included beach gear, especially the umbrella and chairs. Our favorite close by beaches were the Kamaole Beaches and Keawakapu Beach. The master bedroom was quiet with convenient shutout drapes, air conditioning and a comfortable king sized bed. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you Maui!
We enjoyed our time at Maui Kamaole J118. It felt like home. The location is ideal. It is an easy walk to the beach and downtown shops/restaurants.
We watched the sunset and had dinners on the patio. There are beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler for beach days. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed to cook at home. Everything is clean and comfortable. Our son slept comfortably on the sofabed. We enjoyed afternoons reading by the pool and sitting in the hot tub. We had a wonderful 10 days here, & will definitely be back.
Well nothing has changed from my last review/stay. No updates etc however we were still happy with the accommodations for the fair price.
Would I stay here again? Yes!
I chose this unit for location to the upper pool AND you still get a lovely view that includes the ocean.
The tv is a bit difficult to figure out but there are instruction ( my husband just didn’t read them ).
Love that the tap water is some of the best ever (and I drink a tonne of water).
Parking is included so that’s fantastic as we rent from Kihei Rent a Car each time we visit.
I need for nothing in the kitchen that isn’t food related, it’s well equipped (though the frying pans could use an update).
We love this location as a base. The property is immaculate, they are forever working on it.
Again, I would stay here on my next visit!
Nicely surprised by the beautiful view from this ground floor condo in Wailea. Tucked away, nice and quiet.
We’ve stayed at Maui Kamaole complex before and always enjoy ourselves and have a great time. Unit J118 was perfect for my husband and I and came equipped with everything we needed to make our stay memorable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need, the beach chairs, umbrella a cooler provided were great for us to take to the beach. And the bed was comfortable! That makes everything better. Would stay here again.
The place was super clean and cozy, with decor that gave it a perfect island vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bed was really comfy, making it easy to unwind after exploring. We loved the laid-back, friendly vibe of Maui Kamaole, and it was so close to beaches and local spots. Overall, it was the perfect mix of comfort and tropical charm—definitely a place I’d recommend!

My son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter stayed in this condo during our family vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a magnificent view!
Except for a few minor age-related issues, this place is fantastic. Nice little patio for morning coffee and evening dinner. Nice view of the ocean, lots of birds in the morning to wake up to. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, small cooler, coffee maker, dishes, dishwasher, washer/dryer - all provided. We had a great stay. we highly recommend.
This property is wonderful! My friend and I stayed here for over a week this summer. A truly perfect location- stunning ocean view from the patio, steps away from a lovely pool, walking distance to the beach, in the best of Kihei and Wailea… I could go on! The condo itself is well equipped with everything I needed for my stay- from kitchen supplies to beach supplies. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. I already want to plan my next stay!!!

Another great stay in J118. Quiet and private. New carpeting and new decorating details since we were there last. Very nice. We saw many whales from the lanai with the binoculars provided.
We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, quiet and well located and of course had the amazing view. Will definitely try to stay here again next time we come!
