We love the pools at this location (though they have pretty strict rules about noise and play) and it’s right across from our favorite beaches. The unit was also supplied with all the essentials. Loved our stay. Thank you.
Very disappointed in the lack of responsiveness to issues.
We loved everything about our vacation in this condo. Set on a hill with a view of the ocean, it provided amazing views with a private feel yet the convenience of being an easy walk to the beach and many amenities in the small town of Kihei. We were excited to read the guest book with recommendations for activities, beaches, and food to try on our vacation. The outdoor supplies in the closet (chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, floats, beach shoes, and even tennis balls) saved us so much. We were easily able to get tennis court time each day and the pools and nearby beaches were busy but not too crowded. The internet worked well, and the 6 of us had plenty of room to hang out together or spend time in our own spaces as well. We spent a lot of time outdoors on the lanai as the weather was perfect pretty much any time of day or night, but we also appreciated the air conditioning units that we could run when the breeze through the doors wasn't enough to cool the house. There was plenty of communication from the community about expectations of quiet hours and calm play in pools and open areas so we knew to save louder activities for the park or beaches below. I would definitely highly recommend this condo!
No Wifi or internet; although attempts were made, even the Vacasa techs stated this has been an ongoing issue since May 2022. It was critical to have both for business/work. Day four we finally had limited coverage.
Place has 1980’s decor, desperately needs to be painted, beer cans on lanai, food on counters, sour smelling towels and absolutely zero cleaning supplies so we could at least sanitize the place.
Grounds were great! The air conditioning units worked and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked.
For the price of nearly $4,500 for 10 days, I would not consider this rental. The charges for cleaning should reflect the units cleaninless and it did not.
I do hope the owners pay attention. We spoke to others in the building and they agree that Vacasa is not the ahency of choice

We enjoyed our stay in Maui. The condo is spacious, cleaned and quiet. It is well equipped. It made us felt like home. We ran into an internet problem, but the problem was solved fairly quickly. We highly recommend this place if you are looking for quiet, chill, and clean place to stay in Maui. Also, not too far from the beach!
We love this condo complex and property. 5-10 minute walk to the beach(es) and two beautiful pools. There are some grassy areas on site for playing in or a park down the hill at the beach.
The rental unit was perfect and well equipped for our stay. Beach gear is always a perk to have! Our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 small children, loved staying here.
My only complaint is that I found communication with Vacasa extremely poor, if not non-existent, unless I called their hot line. I wrote messages through the VRBO chat and to the email (info@vacasa.com) that have never been responded to. When I called to follow up and ask my questions, the main hotline could not answer the specific questions about the unit. They were always pleasant on the phone but unfortunately not able to answer questions about what type of specific gear was in unit.
Also trying to get the item that I left in the unit back has been frustrating and unsuccessful at this point. Considering it was cleaned immediately following our stay and the fact that I wrote an email/called that same day (10hours after leaving) regarding the item, it should be - breeze to get things back. It’s disappointing leaving such a beautiful rental unit and complex feeling this way.
Aside from the above to complaints, our stay was absolutely wonderful in this space.
We thoroughly enjoyed this well equipped condo. The grounds and pools were well kept. The Condo was close to the beach and great view of the sunset. The only disappointment was that a few days before arriving we were sent the pool rules and had to sign off on the rules. This says that the kids weren’t allowed to play games like Marco Polo, no snorkeling, no floaties, no jumping, no music, etc. if the rules weren’t followed 1 free warning then $100, $200, $300 fines if you continued to do that. It was heartbreaking for the kids, I understand that there should be some limitations but I thought it was a little overboard. We thought that at least we could drop little plastic fish in the bottom of the pool and they could dive for them with goggles, BUT no way someone came out and gave us a warning. Yet days later we seen kids in the pool with snorkeling sets, and jumping in the pool and NO ONE came and said anything to them, we suspected that they were families of owners there, who wouldn’t be fined.
Very peaceful, enjoyed the stay
There was a lot space and to easily fit 5 people. On top of being in a good location and great view there was a cooler water equipment in the sack so it saves us the hassle of buying our own so that came in super handy for us. It was an over all great place to stay.
This place was perfect for our family of 6. It is perfectly located to all the great food places and beaches. We would definitely stay here again. Having a beach right across the street is perfect!
