Located up the grass hill, on the front row of the resort, you can see, unobstructed the West Maui mountains to the north, the island of Lanai to the west,and watch snorkel boats leave Maalaea harbor and Kihei boat landing and arrive at Molokini, in front of Kahoolawe island to the south. In winter, the whales are playing right in front of you. And the famous Maui sunsets are fabulous from your dining room or lanai table, watching the sun settle into the ocean, every season of the year. The main lanai has a full width power retractable awning, providing you the option to enjoy the Maui outdoors, right from your unit, protected from the sun.
Each large bedroom has its own full bath, sitting area, and private lanai or atrium, and seperate air conditioning control. This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo. The location is perfect, great view, great access to the beach, and great layout of the condo. Add in the beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, etc. and you can’t help but have a great time. Would definitely recommend!

Great location on the south end of Kihei. The condo is very livable. Adequate supply of four beach chairs, two umbrellas. We bought two additional noodles to add to the two there, so now there are four. Very enjoyable place to stay.

A wonderful location with gorgeous sunset views. Walk right across the street to the beach. The outdoor closet has a few boogie boards, several beach chairs, pool noodles and floaties. Even a cooler! King size beds were very comfy and AC was wonderful. We enjoyed our stay!
