Great everything but keep good records if you are renting multiple properties. It can get confusing quickly considering the disconnect between the rental agency and property management. It was a perfect spot for our three generation family!

My adult daughters and I adored this very clean, organized, and comfortable two story condo on the south edge of Kihei and close to Wialea. Easy access to both the Kihei beaches and beautiful stretch of beaches in Wialea just across the street. Kihei is very walkable and there are places to eat and an ABC store within a mile. The condo itself has been well-taken care of and had everything needed plus more! The kitchen even had a number of appliances available including a beautiful coffee maker and toaster, and was stocked with dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and sponges. There were excellent signs placed throughout the condo providing directions to using various items such as the televisions and air conditioners - these were very much appreciated! The beds were cozy, which made getting up in the morning a challenge at times. The washer/dryer was wonderful to have and the outdoor closet made a trip to the beach easy as it was stocked with with beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, snorkeling fins, etc. To borrow. We could not have been happier and enjoyed beautiful evenings on the deck eating dinner, playing cards, or just watching the sunset. Can't wait to go back!
This condo is a great option for a family with two adult kids. Two separate bedrooms (one with 2 beds), two separate baths, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, beach supplies, washer & dryer, free parking, beautiful ocean view from private lanai. It is close to many great swimming and snorkeling beaches, restaurants, dining, and shopping.
So much better than a hotel room in a resort!
Beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets, comfortable beds and a wonderful welcome package. The whole complex was so well maintained and I would most certainly recommend this unit for any one visiting Maui. I will definitely book again

Will absolutely be back
This place was beyond our expectations. The view was even better than the pictures showed, and the entire place was luxurious and comfortable without being precious. We felt welcomed even before we walked in. Everyone involved--owner, Vacasa, VRBO--should be proud of such an exellent listing. We had an absolutely wonderful time! Mahalo to all!
Condo was very nice and in a great location buy i would fire vacasa as my property manager
The pictures don’t do this condo justice. The view was better than expected, great location in Kihei, beautiful complex, clean and comfy condo, and having the built in AC and ceiling fans were wonderful. I’d give this more than 5 stars if I could. Will hopefully be back!
