Very clean and well thought out condo. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and the indoor/outdoor dining options offer more setting for families. Very quiet and serene, exactly the escape we were looking for from a busy life. Holly responded to every question I had promptly. Would highly recommend to other guests!
Very spartan unit, I have stayed in many others, no hand soap in bathrooms, no hooks to dry towels on. Tv a nitemare to work when it worked, which was intermittent, could not get clothes dryer to work.
The air conditioner in the second bedroom (where both my girls were sleeping) was broken. The owner was quick to reply when I told her about this after our first night. She did get someone to look at right away but unfortunately it needed a new part and was not fixable for the remainder of my holiday (until the day before we were scheduled to leave). So essentially, my girls had to sleep in a stuffy hot room for this holiday.There are 2 other AC units in the front room and main bedroom, but they obviously don’t work for the second bedroom (we tried!!!)It’s a very small room but otherwise serviceable. Sliding doors are not at all soundproof, but this didn’t bother us.I expected the owner to give a discount for our stay that reflected the fact that we didn’t have the unit that was advertised, and that it was not comfortable for us at night due to the AC failure. After SEVERAL communications back and forth, the owner only offered 1 night refund which I felt was not really fair given that we rented for 10 nights and the inconvenience that this caused us. (I would never rent anything without full AC on Maui). She offered to provide a fan and a dehumidifying cooling unit, but I declined as I actually just wanted real AC!! The owner tried to offer a fan (the broken AC unit was essentially a fan already and we were using it!), and a “dehumidifying cooling unit”. I declined because these are loud and don’t really cool the way AC does. The room is also tiny so I have no idea wher
Communication with owner was excellent. Listing was fairly accurate. Cleanliness of unit was not up to our standards however. Grounds and pools were great.

We were really looking forward to our annual vacation in Maui. We visit once to twice a year and wanted to just enjoy the island to relax. The review for this place is NOT accurate. The condo is nice and location is amazing, but when it's infested with cockroaches, it should not be rented unless it's fumigated. I have a 5 year old that touches everything and I was very concern of the cleanliness of the whole place. We had to put out baits on our own and wipe down the counters at least 2 to 3x a day. This was not a relaxing vacation when we had to worry about the space that we sleep and eat in is infested with roaches. I understand that the island has roaches, but I have never rented a condo that infested with roaches. We would wake up and there would be at least 5-7 roaches crawling on the kitchen counter. We informed the property management, but they just brought us more roach traps, which didn't help. We were really nervous about bring it home and we had to deal with that once we return home. I don't recommend this to anyone, unless the owner takes care of the roach problem.
The condo was in a great location—bbq in front of door and pool across the parking lot. The extra bedroom was very small with no closet and a broken sliding door. The corner unit stayed cool.
The location is great for exploring Maui. The apartment is perfect, the pool is close and everything was clean and tidy.

I have never given a bad review, but this place was disappointing for what we paid for it. When we arrived there was sand all over the floors. I understand the beach is close but the cleaning person should have vacuumed up all the sand. It would help if there were rugs at the front and back door to wipe your feet on and leave your shoes. Under the beds was gross - looks like they never vacuumed- we always check under the beds to make sure we didn’t leave anything. There were no window treatments on the windows in the family room where the pull out couch is which is annoying when you are trying to sleep. The master bedroom has thin windows treatments that let all the sun in right in your face at 6:00 am and the bed was not comfortable. There were signs in the bathrooms that read - clean with water only. Water doesn’t kill any germs! It made me question if it was sanitized between us and the previous renters. The sheets and towels appeared clean. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The family room was open and had comfortable seating for our family. I also like to start laundry typically before we leave , but with 2 detergent pods you couldn’t do much.
The good:
-the nearby pool was terrific, especially for our baby.
-it is located minutes from some amazing beaches.
-the unit included beach chairs and umbrellas that were handy.
The bad:
-the place was crawling with cockroaches. There were 3 dead ones when we arrived. We saw several lives ones crawling in cupboards, the dishwasher, and in bathrooms during our stay. We know to expect some on the island, but this was well beyond what we’ve encountered in other Maui visits.
-we asked the property manager if there was anything they can do to curb the roaches. She said she would look into it. We had to follow up with her several times. The best she could do was get the property to spray it 5 days after we left (and after another guest was set to check in).
-we then felt the need to take excessive protective measures while we were there to try and give ourselves peace of mind.
-there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash, which was annoying and wasteful to have to buy just for our one-week stay. Other properties we’ve stayed at included these.
-the beds were comfortable enough but they were very squeaky (likely old). We woke up our baby just crawling into bed which seems excessively noisy.
-the patios off the master bedroom were not maintained and just unusable.
Overall, the unit layout and functionality was good. Our experience with the bugs and the dismissal from the property manager completely ruined the experience and left us feeling uneasy and uncomfortable for our stay.
We had a group of multiple families staying at different condos on the property. It was so wonderful to have such a great space at our condo for our family to stay and close enough to the pool to meet other members of our group! Linda was an amazing host and this condo was the nicest of all of them! It is a great location in Kihei, walkable to the beach but still quiet and very private.
Our family, comprising my wife and our two daughters aged 2 and 4, had a delightful stay. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and the thoughtful inclusion of beach equipment added an extra touch. The location was ideal, with the beach just a short 2-3 minute drive or a pleasant 15-minute walk away.
The two-bedroom setup was perfect for our family, providing ample space and privacy. While the kid's room was on the smaller side, it still worked out great for our little ones. Each room had its own AC unit, ensuring a comfortable environment throughout. The lanai offered a nice, private outdoor space, and the overall living area was spacious.
Convenient parking right outside the door and a kid-friendly pool added to the positive aspects of our stay. It's worth noting that, like many places, we encountered some ants, which are inevitable in tropical settings. We simply took precautions not to leave any opened food out.
In summary, we found the property to be well-maintained, conveniently located, and tailored to the needs of a family. We highly recommend it for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

This was a terrific place…quiet, central to everything, and plenty of space for the 3 of us. We would definitely return! Perfectly placed between the chilled-out vibe of Kihei and the luxury of Wailea. Makena beach our favorite and only a short drive away.
Everything about this property was absolutely fantastic! Proximity to beaches, dining, and grocery shopping. The condo itself was super clean and provided snorkel gear and beach equipment for everything you need to have a good time. The host provided a list of recommendations that was super helpful and we ended up doing a lot of things that were recommended and had a great time. The pool at the condo was great. BBQ grills right in front of the condo, and lovely back patio surrounded by lush tropical plant life. We even spotted several colorful geckos! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone!
