Location is great. In D209 you can see the ocean from the deck. Even saw a whale from the deck. Walk down out of the complex and across the street to the beach. Great sunset. Clean, quiet, great communication with questions.
The property is really nice and quite in the evening. The apartment has a lot of room for 4 occupants. Nice pool. I will book it again if available next vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The condo and complex are very nice and we enjoyed the accessibility to Kihei and Wailea.
We arrived to find one of two toilets clogged. After repeated outreach to Vacasa and promises to fix, it was never corrected for entire stay. Stained carpets. Will modify review if Vacasa addresses our concern. But for now neither recommend place nor Vacasa due to unresponsive to our issues.

Great condo, very clean and centrally located. However it does need a few more amenities. Normally a condo this size comes with at least four beach chairs and a couple of boogie boards. We had to purchase 2 boogie boards and two beach chairs which we hope the next guests can enjoy. We also had no spatula for use on the bbq. These minor things are the only reason we couldn’t rate this property 5/5 stars. Overall though a great condo to stay in.
