We loved the location. It was close to the beach, shopping, grocery store and restaurants! It was big enough for our family and having the ability to do laundry was a bonus!

Excellent location with easy access to beaches and dining. Well maintained grounds. We felt safe and secure.

We had the chance to see 4 units in this complex and this was the shabbiest. This unit hasn't been updated/refreshed in too long. The walls are scuffed, the carpet is loose, the plumbing is slow to drain, kitchen is dated and dark. The drab furniture doesn't help and the sleeper sofa didn't work. We had to put the mattress on the floor and wrestle it back together every day. Some days it had to stay open
The in wall A/C units were really tired and loud, complaining of filter problems and erratic cycling in the middle of the night. The smoke alarm chirped and never got fixed. When I tried to coordinate a fix and some credit back for the inconvenience the communication was sparse. We ended up with a small refund for losing out on a sleeping option we relied and paid for.
The location was great, pools clean and comfortable and overall facility outside of the unit worked well for our family.

We are a family of ten and were able to get two units next to each other.
It was clean. There were nice beach toys to use. Appliances all worked. Recycling was available. The room with twin beds offered a bedroom with privacy. Two full baths were nice. On arrival, I learned about how important lighting can be. Three window air conditioners kept the rooms comfortable.
Good value for a family
Not great if a honeymoon or romantic getaway as
It’s needs to be updated including all kitchen appliances etc
Overall Good Value and a beautiful complex
Perfect location, well kept grounds, generally very nice and spacious units.

This place was perfect or our visit to Maui...
Was a great location. And a affordable price for the area.
Great location for families. Snorkeling, beaches and shopping near by. Grounds were beautiful. Would come again.
