We loved the location and ease of beach access. It was amazing to just walk 5 minutes to the beach to see the amazing sunsets. Having beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas available in the condo was a nice touch. Truly a gem.
Our family had a great time in Maui. The condo was perfect! The complex is right across the street from the beach! This unit is at the back of the complex so it was quiet and private. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. Comfy beds, soft towels, plenty of fans for airflow, plus lots of extra items for fun at the beach. Only thing missing was a perfect ocean view. Would definitely stay here again!
We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. Nicely appointed and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty of cookware and beach accessories. Very quiet and convenient to beaches, restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend!
Spacious and comfortable stay with all the kitchenware to eat-in/cook. Enjoyed making use of the beach gear in the day and board games in the night with the family. The location next to the beach was fantastic.
Great property for walking access to Kehei. The grounds are very nice to include pool complex, tennis courts and outside shower access.
The unit was nice although view from each balcony is of parking lot and adjacent property.
Upon check in we were surprised with lack of cleanliness of unit. I shared concerns with property owner who responded quickly with apologies and follow up with cleaning service.
We did have an issue with access to main balcony when operating AC. The cooling unit is located in storage closet on balcony and exhaust is very warm, thus not able to sit on balcony when AC in use.
Our family enjoyed the property and access to Kehei and beaches.
We loved staying here! Very clean, well-equipped with boogie boards, snorkel gear, umbrellas, beach chairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved having two decks. Beds were comfy. The condo was spacious.
The only downside, which is minimal: the towels needed to be washed after 1-3 uses, they quickly smelled of mildew.
This was a great place to stay for our family of 4. We liked the location, and saw turtles at the beach right across the street.
Stayed at the unit for a week. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is stocked well, and location is excellent.

We were very comfortable staying here. Things were clean and tidy and in good shape. The kitchen was well stocked, the AC worked great, the beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and cooler were awesome to use. Everyone slept well and comfortably on the matresses. The sofa bed worked well for our 12 year old and was easy to put away each morning. We felt the location was a good spot for access to seeing many parts of the island. We loved walking to Kam 3 to watch the sunset. The owners were very helpful whenever we had questions. The pool was really great in the afternoon when the wind picked up and made the beach unpleasant. We would definitely stay here again!
We had a lovely stay at this beautiful condo. Location was perfect in South Kihei. Walking distance to the beaches and shops. Stocked with all our families basic needs. Highly recommend.
Rich and Sharon's condo is updated, clean, and well-appointed. We had everything we needed for our stay in Kihei. The location is very good - right across from Kamaole III and the Kihei boat ramp is a couple blocks down. Less congestion than further north in Kihei where a lot of the restaurants are. Beach gear for use is a huge plus - they have snorkel gear, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and even sand toys. The beds are comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

This is an amazing place to stay!
It was very easy to communicate with Richard and Sharon. About a day or two before arrival they sent the 'key' to the condo and after check in I was in the condo and changing into shorts to hit the beach!
The property is across the street from Kamaole III and if you enjoy walking the beach you can walk right over to Kamaole II!
If you're wondering about what items you need to buy to have fun on the beach, the answer is none! That's not entirely accurate, you have to have your own food and beverage. :-) They do have chairs, umbrella's, coolers, goggles, fins, and boogie boards.
When you're back at the condo you'll enjoy a very roomy two bed two bath place. I enjoy cooking breakfast before heading out for the day and the kitchen had everything I needed!
If available I will definitely stay here again!
The grounds were beautiful! The location was excellent! The sunsets and snorkelling at the beach across the street were incredible. The views from lanai and building were as described in add. The condo was suitable for our needs. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
