Maui Kamaole B-209 is a large upgraded ocean view air-conditioned two bedroom / two bath condominium. This second floor two-level condominium is the largest floor plan at Maui Kamaole with ocean, garden and mountain views from the lanais.

This two-story condo has been upgraded with custom cabinets and granite counter tops, tiled kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the living room and bedrooms. New Spring 2022 Murphy Bed Full Sized in living room - much more comfortable than a sofa sleeper and takes up no extra space! B-209 sleeps up to six people comfortably.

We chose this unit because of the size and number of beds available. None of the other units offered two double beds in a room during the time we wanted to stay. Fortunately, we still had a sunset view. So awesome! Carpets needed cleaning which was the only reason we gave it 4 stars for cleanliness. 5 stars for everything else.

This condo had all the necessary comforts of home. We love staying at Maui Kamaole. This was our 5th stay and will be back.
There was plenty of beach chairs and beach toys which we really enjoyed.
My only complaint was not being able to access until 4pm when our flight arrived at 9:30am. Made for a long wasted day.

Loved our time here.Unit had everything we needed and the Lanai was great.
Could use some interior improvements as it’s getting a bit dated but that does not affect enjoyment of the property.

Unit was in a good location very close to beach with some ocean/sunset view, also right next to main pool. Sleeping arrangements were great, accommodated 5 of us easily. Really liked the murphy bed, which could stay down, as NO ONE likes a sofa bed. Outdoor furniture was comfortable to sit out and eat. Kitchen was very well stocked, had everything we needed including some basic spices which is nice when travelling. The unit also had a plethora of beach gear including 6 chairs, several boogie boards, a couple of umbrellas and multiple snorkel sets which again is great when travelling to not have to bring or rent. The only thing of note was the carpet on the main floor which has seen better days but we did like it upstairs to dampen noise. Living room had nice furniture with enough seating as did the dining room table. Overall very pleased with the unit and would recommend

What a great condo! Checkin was easy, the condo was fabulous, and the location is hard to beat. We had a a great ocean view from the balcony, which was the perfect way to start off each day. Decor and amenities were very modern and comfortable. A closet full of beach chairs, snorkel gear, mats, and boogie boards made the beach days easy. We'd definitely stay here again.

We always stay in Kihei when we visit. It’s a great location and away from most of the riffraff. The condo was nice and spacious, perfect for 4 adults. My only complaint was vehicles kept parking in our parking stall. I had to park across from the Office multiple times and received a notice on my windshield of a parking warning, no fine. I have no issues walking, but it becomes a hassel when you are carrying stuff to, and from the unit. I noticed on iTrip website that an one of the vehicles that kept parking in our stall was added to my reservation. I had to go in there and remove it myself. Later I spoke with management, and they said that they would not enforce the fee on my vehicle for parking in front of the office. I just wish they enforced parking fees on the vehicles who kept taking our stall. All in all, great experience, and will definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

It was clean and had everything we needed. Isn't this what anyone would ask for? I was happy to see the amount of Tupperware they had, plastic bags, cleaning supplies, etc. The neighbors were quiet - it didn't even feel like we were in a condo! Extra towels in the bathrooms were helpful for beach time, too. I would highly suggest!

The condo was clean and well equipped (look for beach stuff in the patio closet) for vacationing. We stayed in B209 and though the condo was a good fit for us our neighbors downstairs didn’t appreciate our very your kids (5,3,1) waking early above them thanks to our 3 hour time difference. That made it a bit more stressful and less relaxing than it would have been if it were a lower level unit. For those who cook the kitchen is stocked with cooking tools but no food at all which isn’t surprising since ants seem to be a problem at the slightest scent of food. Overall good stay.

We loved this property! It was a great size for my husband and I plus 3 teenagers. The kitchen was well stocked with more than expected including plastic for outdoor eating and bbqing. There was plenty of bed sheets and towels, not to mention beach towels, coolers, chairs, umbrellas and some odds and ends for snorkeling and boogie boarding.
It was very clean, and the furniture and kitchen appliances were all new. There was a brand new Murphy bed in the living room, which my daughter loved because she didn’t have to pull out the sofa bed every night.
Overall, we would book this condo again!!

Was in a great location. Close to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. Had everything we needed for our week. Would recommend upgrade sheets in master bedroom as they kept coming off the bed on one side while sleeping and felt a little worn. Enjoyed our stay though.

The property was spacious enough for the two adult couples. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances and a very good set of knives that we appreciated. Pretty grounds with the pool and hot tub. Very good location: good beaches, plenty of shops and restaurants.

Great location close to everything you’d want and need. Plenty of room. 6 of us stayed including 4 teenagers. Well stocked kitchen had more than expected. Super comfortable with AC and fans combined. Lanai had beautiful views and you could see the ocean from our unit which we LOVED. Beautifully maintained complex and pool / hot tub was nice.

Only complaints were (which are easily fixed)… Lighting was pretty dark in the bathrooms and several lightbulbs out throughout. Several kitchen glasses were dirty. Like put through dishwasher and never fully cleaned. Lots of bugs at night making it challenging to use the Lanai after dark. Avoid checking in/out on holiday or holiday weekend after the company is closed.we checked in on Christmas Eve and out on New Years Eve. We were not given logins, codes, Wi-Fi and such. Dug still nothing. Thankfully someone was willing to respond to a texted # I found. Appreciated that.

Overall great place we would return to.

The location is wonderful - just out of the bustle of Kihei, but walkable to beaches in both directions, restaurants, shopping, etc. There are a lot of options in the condo complex, but what set this one apart are the provided amenities: very comfortable, clean furniture, everything you could need in the kitchen, the lanai facing the sunset, easy to use electronics, fans/AC, etc., beach gear. We had to work some of the time and the wifi gave us no problems. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay at B 209. The unit was clean, private, and quiet. Even with the loft, we felt like we had a good amount of privacy from downstairs. Our friends were staying in another building and our unit definitely had more space. Great location on the Kihei/Wailea border, and the pools were awesome. Thanks so much!
