Very confortable, close to the beach
The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, and the beach. It was especially nice to have a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The condo itself has a beautiful view from the lanai and is easy walking distance to the beaches.
The wifi was easy to access and we could log in to our streaming apps on the TV.
The condo could use some paint updates just from wear and tear and there was a hole in the carpet covered by duct tape. We weren't bothered but it but other people might be.
We realized once we were there that the condo might not have been the best fit for our young children. We were in an upstairs condo (which is not anyone's fault but our own) and we were very worried about our kids running around or being too loud with retiree's downstairs. We were also hyper aware of the noise rules and didn't go to the pool as often because we were worried the kids might be too loud or be bored because they couldn't play with any toys in the pool. We might have missed it when booking, but we didn't see anything listing the condo and pool rules before booking.
Aside from worry about making noise, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again when our children are older.

This home has beautiful ocean views. Some things in the unit could be updated but overall was very clean and comfortable. Single beds downs stairs are not very comfortable but will be ok for kids. I would stay here again. Quiet complex nice upper pool area and we love the gardens/ grounds.
Complex great. Unit interior disappointing. A lot of units in the complex are superior. Keep looking
We had a wonderful stay at the Maui Kamaole, we had walking access to local beaches, restaurants, craft fair markets & shops! It was a quiet condo, besides the roosters, but would definitely stay here again! We loved the Lanai and the amenities the condo came with! Boogie boards, chairs and umbrella! Mahalo!
It’s not often that a place is so much better than expected. The photos really don’t do it justice. The view of the water is beautiful. Condo was well stocked. Beds so comfortable. Really convenient to everything but still isolated. Perfect.
The house was clean and fully equipped. We were a family of 5 and our stay was simply perfect.
It was like to stay at home, but with wonderful view and places around.
We really loved our stay here. We are a family of 5 but it accomodated us perfectly, where we still felt like we had space. Great view from the balcony and easy walk to the beach and Kamaole III. The kids loved the 2 pools, too! Appreciated all the beach toys and accessories that we could use all week long. Actually cancelled our snorkel rental because they had plenty in the unit (thank you!). We would absolutely stay here again.
The only "con" was an issue with the management company (NOT the condo itself) not having the unit cleaned in time for our arrival due to being understaffed. Especially surprising given that I had called to ask for early check-in and was denied until the 4pm when the unit was supposed to be ready. This was unfortunate but we had zero issues after that.
We had 5 people stay here for 12 days. There was comfortable space for everyone. (The hide-a-bed is as comfortable as you would expect). There was beach chairs, snorkeling gear, coolers and tons more supply's. Highly recommended.
Great location! Nicely updated kitchen. Cozy furniture and beds! And a fantastic view of the ocean!
