Nice view, comfortable bed, washer,dryer, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and great location- what more do you need? Oh and commutation was excellent! Thanks for a great stay!
Everything about this property matched photos and descriptions. But it was even better, the kitchen was fully stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils needed to cook your meals, just amazing. And they also provided all that was needed for our beach outings, from chairs, towels, coolers, even snorkel equipment and boogey boards. I absolutely will return in the future!!!!!
We stayed 10 days and it was above and beyond our expectations. Every night was another beautiful sunset! The condo was clean and comfortable. The extra bathroom really was a bonus. Will definitely try to stay here again !!!

The amenities; body boards, snorkeling equipment, Tommy Bahama chairs, flashlights and searchlight for pre dawn beach walks, etc., etc. this property is so well appointed, and the owner is just great! I would HIGHLY recommend this property, as a matter of fact, I will be back again!!

The photo of the ocean from the back patio does not do justice to the actual view. We loved eating breakfast on the patio in the morning and having drinks in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the beach is just across the street. It is an easy walk to a park, stores, restaurants and the condo is well equipped, furnished, and clean. We definitely plan on returning!! Last but not least, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We do plan on returning!
This property exceeded our expectations! If you are looking for a wonderful vacation rental, look no more. The location is absolutely fantastic, it is at the front of the property, with a view of the ocean from the back patio.. There are three beaches about 5 minutes walking distance and so many shops and restaurants in the area. The condo itself was immaculate and fully stocked with items to make your beach day a dream; beach chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrella and coolers. There is a full kitchen, too. There is ample parking in the area as well. I would highly recommend this property and give it a 10!
Beyond expectation! This place is cozy, comfortable and beautiful, perfect for a couple! Leahi is a great host, very efficient and caring. Highly recommended!
My husband and I stayed in this condo for two weeks. Since we were there at the end of May 2021, the sunset was visible from the front lanai. Enjoying a glass of wine on the front lanai to watch the sunset became a nightly tradition. The front lanai is off the main entrance, but due to the angle of the hill and the shrub growth felt private. The back lanai is very private.
The condo is in a very well maintained and quite complex at the very Southern end of Kihei. We really enjoyed the location. The condo is very well outfitted. Due to restaurant capacity limits and our failure to making advanced reservations, we prepared most of our dinners at the condo. We were never in want of a special pot, pan or utensil. There were also plenty of spices, which was a nice bonus. If I were to put anything on a wish list it would be a French Press and a tea pot, however, the electric coffeemaker and a pot fulfilled our needs. The outside grill was excellent and very clean. The communication with the property manager was excellent.
In the interest of full disclosure, the condo association has a lengthy of set of rules; most of which pertain to noise. This is a great location for a quite stay for those who want to start winding down at 10:00 PM. If you are looking for nightlife and late nights, this is not the place for you. Some of the furniture and fixtures are dated, but everything is fully functional. I do wish there would have been more tiled or linoleum flooring over carpet.
This was the perfect place for us to relax and we would definitely stay here on our next visit.
