View and location were great. Access to walking path was very nice. The room was okay. Clean and manageable for me and my wife. It seemed a little outdated. The property was dated and semi rundown. The pool area was quite small and kind of lame. Bunch of construction on the property which was annoying. Overall wasn’t horrible but will likely look elsewhere if we return.

Everything worked as it should.Although the supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, etc.) were described as just enough to get started, there was plenty of everything for our family of four for 9 nights. We really appreciated this. Our two teenage sons slept in single beds on the lanai and loved it! The windows can be closed to air condition this space with the rest of the condo. Smoke space for four grown humans. The pool, grill and clubhouse areas were never crowded and provided nice, shaded areas during the hot part of the day. The owner was polite and professional, even accommodating a change in schedule. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful place; you can walk to a number of places, and a short drive for others. The accommodation is nice. We were able to go snorkeling right outside of the door. You will see turtles swimming past. There are some interesting hikes nearby. Restaurants are close. It was a fun and relaxing stay for us.
A beautiful, clean place with unparalleled views. The location is amazing- close to all activities and many wonderful restaurants as well as food trucks. We appreciated the laundry onsite as well. Jake was an amazing, kind and helpful host. Who could ask for better?

Parking was plentiful. The unit was very well stocked with things you would need especially kitchen utensils, reusable containers, etc.
The food trucks (dinner time only except a coffee one) and boardwalk along the water were really close also, which was very convenient. THANK YOU to the hosts for the excellent stay and we really appreciated the early checkin option.

The 905 unit of Maui Kai is a wonderful ocean front as described on the site. Easy check-in instructions. Our family of four found this location is perfect: easy-access beach, short walk(less than 5 min) to restaurants, food trucks and a grocery store. The kitchen is well equipped with fairly new cookware, dishes, and utensils. The beach is just in the back of the building. There are beach chairs and towels available in the condo. We needed extra shampoo and conditioner bottles which we found in the closet. The bed sheets and beds are very comfortable. We also used the AC and ceiling fans most of the time in early August. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we had fun playing ping-pong in the game room near the pool. In my opinion, for our next stay, we would prefer another half bath for our family. Overall, it's such a nice property.
