Love the location with plenty of food options with easy walking! LOVE LOVE LOVE seeing the whales and turtles every day right out our window!! Sunsets right in the comfort of our room. Comfy bed, everything we needed was there. Hosts did everything possible to give us an amazing experience. Highly recommend! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
We loved sitting in the unit watching whales. Sleeping at night with the windows open and the sound of the waves crashing was so awesome!! The location was perfect. Close to everything! We will be back!!!

The view this place provides is worth every penny! The place is just a couple of blocks from anything you could need including world class beaches. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Only suggestion would be to have a love seat or recliner chairs for old bodies to put our fear up chorale.
Neal’s place was amazing, my husband and I had a very relaxing stay, with a gorgeous view (and the sound of waves right outside our window), the location was unbeatable, we visited 4 beaches during the 4 days we stayed, and all the beaches were 10-15 min away by car, the area has everything you’d need (a food truck park, cafes and restaurants, grocery stores), and the unit is well-stocked with everyday appliances. Above all, Neal was a big help, and went above and beyond in helping us with an accounting matter that we had, add we could not be more grateful for his open and friendly communication. Highly recommended! Many Mahalos to Neal and to his wonderful unit that made our trip to Maui that much more memorable!
Wonderful place to stay! The studio is well maintained and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay. The extra touches of beach towels, welcome snacks, and the use of a cooler was a pleasant surprise. The location, amenities, beach access and etc were amazing! Plus the whales, turtles, and dolphins sure out on a show for us. Overall we truly felt the Aloha from the staff and quests and left feeling like Ohana. We can’t say enough good things about our host…wonderful people to visit with and an absolute pleasure to stay with them. We will definitely be staying here again!
Great apartment. Well equipped, air conditioned, pool and jacuzzi at the premise. Very convenient location, close to shopping plaza, beaches, attractions. Nice place to watch whales right from the apartment.

Great location. Property is a little run down that being said the view on this property is A plus. The beach is right out the door on floor 1 turn right or left and you're there. Beautiful sunsets, stargazing and many rainbows. The kitchen is well equipped. Food store and shopping close by. I know I will be staying here again. Neal was a pleasure to work with.
Everything we could have asked for and more! The view was gorgeous, the location was perfect, and the extras like a comfy bed, toiletries, and Hulu/Netflix provided gave us an even better experience. 10/10 recommend!!!
The unit was very clean and the bed comfy. Our only ding would be that the cushions on the chairs in the room were pretty uncomfortable and that’s not a deal breaker. Having the ocean practically in our lap was amazing. We had everything we needed. The pool area was nice too.
We would recommend this listing and stay here again. The location was perfect. We saw whales and a seal from our balcony and watched the sunrises and sunsets right from bed.
Location was perfect, views of whales from the 4th floor were spectacular, communication was excellent, value for price was stellar. Would totally consider returning to this condo for future trips to Maui!
Had the most amazing time staying here. Everything was absolutely perfect. The view was PHENOMENAL. I cannot get over how amazing it was to fall asleep to the ocean waves and wake up to the beautiful view. You could see so many stars in the sky at night and I loved watching the sunset and sunrise during my stay. Everyone I know has asked about this property so they can stay here when they visit Maui. I highly recommend and will definitely be staying here when I come back to Maui. Thank you so much Neal!
