Vacation rental of this condo was amazing. No issues, very private. Can’t control the wind, but it was a very windy stay this last week of June. Homeless were definitely present in this area as it’s next to a public park. Law enforcement should be more present in the evenings/ nightime in this local park area.
We came here for our honeymoon and couldn’t have been happier! The condo was so clean, the location was perfect! Highly recommend!
My stay at Maui Kai great. The room was not just comfortable, but truly a sanctuary overlooking the majestic ocean. Watching turtles right from the balcony was a dream come true; it added a touch of magic to our mornings and evenings. The room itself was thoughtfully equipped with all the necessities, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay.
The condo was wonderful. It was the perfect location. Being at the north end of the beach away from some of the more busy resorts made it very quiet most of the time. It's the resort closest to the beach, so you have no obstructed view. We sat on the lanai every morning and watched the waves, turtles, and whales. Everything inside the condo was great as well. Had one small issue when we arrived and they came out to fix it right away. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

We had a great time here. Perfectly slept our family off four and the views are amazing. The only downside was the kitchen was not well stocked (would have been nice to have a pizza stone or baking sheet) and we were only provided four towels. It would have been nice to have two each but we understand it’s just more laundry. Overall we had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to come back.
We had an amazing stay at Maui Kai 504. First off, you cannot beat the view. You are as close to the water as possible. Amazing view! Truly breathtaking! Master bed was very comfortable. Grocery store and food trucks within walking distance! Everything on the property was well kept and you could tell the management at property did a great job. There is also two propane grills by the pool and hot tub. Great for grilling up some lunch or dinner and take a break frome going out to eat. We are already talking about going back in future!
This condo is the perfect place to stay if it's a couple sharing the place.. it's a modern and very clean unit with sliding doors that open up to the open ocean view. The kitchen was fully equipped with supplies to make meals and the large kind bed was quite comfortable! There are beach coolers, nice towels, beach chairs and even some water toys. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would love to stay here again. My perfect stays also is great when it comes to service and communication. Mahalo!
We enjoyed the location and found the condo unit to be well suited for our getaway vacation to Maui. It is conveniently located, making easy access to everything in West Maui. Would definitely stay here again on future visits to Maui. Sitting out on the lanai was amazing, feels like you are just sitting over the water with an endless ocean view of Molokai and Lanai and at night was an amazing place to star gaze. The couple that manages the building were lovely and since they live onsite, were readily available to answer questions.
Really enjoyed our stay here! Being on the Ocean is great and the Condo is very comfortable and upgraded.
We frequently travel to Maui and this condo is by far one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home. The perfect location for whale watching, right on the beach with spectacular views. Conveniently close to shopping, downtown Lahaina, and just a short walk to dozens of restaurants. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this beautiful condo.
What a beautiful place. It was very clean. Stocked with everything we needed. The bed is so comfortable. And the view is absolutely spectacular. No complaints from us. We loved it!
I’m not sure you can get a better view than this condo provides! From watching sea turtles to sunsets, and everything in between (waves, beautiful ocean colors, islands of Lanai and Moloka’i, boats), you will not be disappointed with the view from this balcony. The condo is well stocked, clean, and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable, and you can hear the ocean waves even from the bedroom. Maui Kai resort is small, quiet, and quaint, which we loved. The location is great …easy access to head out on adventures (and near the food truck park). A little slice of paradise here!
