Wonderful stay at this property! Andrew was responsive pre-, during and post-trip. The location is prime—feels like your own community and just a nice walk to the buzz of Kaanapali resorts and Whalers Village. Property was clean and spacious. Bedding was very comfortable, plus extras like beach chairs, etc. Maui Kaanapali Villas staff was attentive and responsive. Love the onsite pool and Castaways restaurant.
Our stay here was great. The place was clean and had plenty of space. The staff at the desk were friendly. It was nice to sit on the hotel lanai in the morning and have a cup of coffee. There was a restaurant on site that had great food and friendly staff.
Our stay was perfect! We love going to Maui & always stay at MKV but this was our first time in this unit. It was big & had everything we needed! Tons of stuff for the beach too. We would definitely stay here again!
This was one of the best resorts I have ever stayed in. The layout was wonderful, the systems were efficient, and the staff was professional and warm. We will definitely be returning!
We liked being in a central spot. The condominiums have two beautiful and well-maintained pools with hot tubs. Access to the beach was a breeze, and we especially appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea in the mornings and the two big water filters in the lobby.
My daughters and I had a great time staying at this condo. Nicely remodeled and decorated, equipped with everything we needed. I highly recommend this place to other people and families. Thank you!
This property is hands down my favorite. We’ve been coming to this complex for year's and this unit is wonderful.
Unit might benefit from some attention to the smaller details like improving the lighting. It was hard to read with low wattage bulbs everywhere. Unit was pretty well equipped but short on teaspoons. Lots of nice clean towels.
Overall property is nice and as advertised. The communication was excellent, and we had a great time. The only clunky bit was the check in process as our names were not on the reservation at the time of check-in. Thus I had to prove on site that we had a reservation. Other than that all was positive.
This was the third time we stayed at Maui Kaanapali Villas (love this low key resort!), and the first time in this unit A403. This unit is our favorite of them all! The beds are good quality and so comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped with useful items. The fridge had filtered water and an ice maker, which was so useful. Air conditioner worked great. Shower was hot and ventilation excellent.We received information before our stay from the host, and he provided contact numbers if we needed any assistance. Nothing went wrong during our stay so we had minimal contact. I asked if fragrance-free linens and towels was possible before the stay, and the host graciously made it happen.Overall we had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!
This was our second stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas. Great place, great location, beautiful pool area. Staff was helpful and pleasant. The trolly stops right in front and is very convenient. Had some good meals at the Castaway, and many other restaurants are a reasonable walk away. We’ll be back.
The condo was clean, nicely upgraded, and stocked with everything you need for the beach. The owner was very accomodating with check in.
The room is clean and comfortable! Andrew did a great job with communication prior to our stay! We love this particular place as it is a great place that is quiet and relaxing, and just a quick two minutes walk to the beach! Thank you, Andrew!

We absolutely loved staying here during our vacation to Maui. The hotel and property is gorgeous, and the extra space and kitchen in the condo was a huge bonus. Condo has everything you need, a great view, comfy beds, and lots of extras to make the stay so much more enjoyable. We had to drag ourselves away to come back home. Would come back in a heartbeat!
The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. We rented this room for our in-laws and they had a lovely stay here and would definitely stay again. Everything worked well.
Really enjoyed our stay at Maui Kaanapali Villas again. Andrew is a very responsive host to whatever may arise. Unfortunately for everyone there has been a major mechanical issue which has caused the Air conditioning as well as power to the laundry machines to be out of service. The resort isn’t expecting to have either up and running until summer. This affects every building in the resort.
We loved our stay at MKV. The condo was well appointed and comfortable. Communication with owner was prompt. Would stay here again.
